Very clean and beautiful home with great view. The actual property/land was on an steep incline. Our kids wanted to explore and the incline made that difficult, but overall it was great!

Thank you for staying with us at Alpine Ridge and for taking the time to share your review. We apologize that the incline of the property made it difficult for your children to play outside. The photos of the cabin show that the terrain behind the home is sloped and may not be suitable for backyard play. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider staying with us again in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Ridge! The cabin was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. We especially loved the spacious porches, breathtaking mountain views, large dining table, outdoor TV, and selection of board games. Its convenient location is close to downtown Blue Ridge while still offering stunning mountain views which made it even more enjoyable. Our only concern was the delay in receiving our check-in instructions and our interaction with the after-hours representative, who was not particularly helpful. Fortunately, we didn't let that dampen our excitement, and we had a wonderful stay overall.

Our kids and grandkids gave me a train ride as a birthday gift. Last minute, we decided to find a place and stay the weekend nearby. This place looked pretty great online, so we booked it. We are a crew of 4 adults and 4 kids and everybody loved it! In fact, we came back early after the train trip to just enjoy the house. Tons of room to spread out. Some tried the hot tub, some enjoyed the games, and I had a great time watching golf and enjoying the view from the second living room on the porch!

Great house very close to downtown Blue Ridge. House has everything you need for a home away from home! We accidentally bought coffee beans and to our pleasant surprise there was even a coffee grinder!!!The indoor gas fireplaces were perfect for the cold nights we were there! And the ample firewood available for the outside fireplace was very nice! The board games were a hit for our crew also!! Just everything we could want or need for a great vacation!!The road to the house is steep for us Floridians but had no issues going up and down in our mini van!

BEST LOCATION!

If you’re going to blue ridge with children and want easy access to downtown blue ridge, but don’t want to compromise on views and feeling up in the mountains, this house is perfect. It’s 2 minutes to Grumpys, downtown and Walmart. House is perfect for 3 families with small children. Outdoor fireplace has really comfortable seating and a great tv setup which is what sold us on this house. We come every year and like staying somewhere new each time, but it will be hard to beat the location, price and quality of the home.

Beautiful, well appointed. Spotless. Wonderfully close to downtown Blue Ridge. Magnificent view. Huge deck/porch. Many tables. Easy to use gas fireplaces. Comfortable beds. Even had a first aid kit available to patch up a skin tear from a fall. Company was quick to deliver water after a water main break and a boil water advisory. Only have good things to say. My friends (9 ladies) so enjoyed three days together there. Very close to Blue Ridge … just a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants.

We apologize for the water issue but are happy we were able to provide water until it was resolved. We look forward to welcoming you again in the near future.
