Brand new heated pool home.

Our house is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath heated pool home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term.
We have a spacious screened pool area with a covered lanai and seating areas. Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining.

Amazingly relaxing

My family and I had an amazing time at this paradise home. Everything was clean including the pool, and home was fully stocked to our needs. We even had a handbook with all the information needed, including surrounding beaches and stores. Definitely would reserve a stay here again.

Great place to relax and go to the beach

We had a great time at this beautiful house. All as advertised. Pool is great, place is very modern, clean, practical and beautiful. Shopping and beaches can easily be reached by car.

Nice house and great location.

The house was very clean and the pool was very well maintained. Was very close to stores and restaurants. Beaches were closed because of the storm damage from last summer, so having a heated pool was great. We lived in Englewood area for 14 years and are aware of all the activities in the area.

We loved our stay in this home . After several hours of travel to come to the house and fined little soaps and shampoo/conditioner in each bath room to wash of the hours …… it was so nice . Had everything we needed and more . Grand kids loved the pool . Definitely had a great time .

Enjoyable getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and pool were nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The bicycles were a bonus with the bike trail around the corner. We had some minor issues and the host was quick to respond.

Nice and quiet

Had a wonderful time. Central location to beaches, shopping, baseball stadiums, seafood market, fitness club, ice cream shops, and more. Communication was excellent and would stay here again.

Great, newer house!!

This was a great house for our family of five. The pool was great. The house had everything we needed and there was a Walmart not too far away plus plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful vacation house

Rotonda stay for birthday

We were very happy with the property. Very clean and in an excellent location. The furniture was not the most comfortable for our lifestyle and age group, but the beds were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful. There were all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

Great rental near the beach

This property was very clean and well maintained! AJ was very attentive and accessible during our stay. We had no issues at all. Having a private pool was a big bonus and the beach was a short drive. We can't say enough great things about this rental. We will be back!

Florida Getaway

The home was fantastic & definitely met our needs. It was just as the listing had explained with plenty of equipment to cook, relax & thoroughly enjoy our 2 month stay there. The beds were very comfortable & the pool was warm & inviting. AJ was a great host, even the neighbors spoke highly of him! Thank you again, we will be back.
