The house is located in a vacation complex near the ocean, the lake, and in the heart of the golf course.
The resort features a 400 m² swimming pool heated from June 15 to September 15, a playground, a pétanque court, a beach volleyball court, and ping-pong tables. Bike rentals and a food truck are available. With teen activities and swimming lessons available through Évolution2 Lacanau (link upon request).

On the first floor:
a living area with a double sofa bed, a new kitchen with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and a spacious freezer. Shower with toilet and sink.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Please leave the house as clean as you found it upon arrival. On the day of your departure, please clean the countertop, the oven, and the stovetop.
