We loved staying here! My husband has worked out of town for the past month. This was the best place to call home when we reunited. I work remotely and the WiFi was superb. One of the cleanest places we have rented. Very homey, and the host had the house stocked with anything you would need. Communication was amazing, very quick and helpful. The views were beautiful, and the upstairs bed was something you never wanted to get out of! Best. Sleep. Ever!!! I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, and making our reunited trip something to remember! Xoxo, the Pickman’s

Perfect little getaway

This was a great place to stay for a last minute holiday weekend getaway with our boat. It’s such a cozy little house that’s in the perfect location and had everything that we needed.

Threshold on front and rear doors were so loose we had to be careful to step over them to avoid falling. With no handrails on the stairway we were unable to access the upstairs due to our age. We had looked forward to enjoying the upper deck but that was not possible.

Peaceful

Was a short stay, but accomodated all our needs. Cute little lake house with a very pleasant host. She was very prompt at answering any questions I had. Definitely would stay again!

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

The place is on the water and is stocked with all the necessities. Really quiet and comfortable.

Nice Getaway

Nice stay although hot Louisiana summer. Close to boat launch for boaters, but access road is steep on the ends. Host and place was great and as advertised. We loved sitting on the covered dock and just enjoying the water. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Wonderful Little Lakehouse

Hanna’s property was just what we were looking for! It is a wonderful little lakehouse for a quick gateway. It is an easy drive to Baton Rouge, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. We have already recommended it to some neighbors in our home town.

Due to heavy rains, we did not get to enjoy the lake location, the decks and dock as much as anticipated. The kids still enjoyed being on the water. The kitchen was well equipped.The host was available by phone and responsive as needed.FYI - the ground floor bedroom, bath and doorway have a lower ceiling - be prepared to duck if you are 6'-4".
