Our 980 Lido Ct home is just 1/4 mile from the public beach access AND only one block from Marco Walk, the shopping and dining center with popular restaurants such as Oyster Society, Marco Prime, and DaVinci's.

An easy five minute walk leads to Marco's white sand crescent beach making this location best for groups who want the flexibility to enjoy the beach at their own pace.

Our luxurious, newer 4BR, 3BA home is perfect for families or up to four couples to spend quality time together.

The house boasts a spacious, well stocked kitchen, tile floors throughout, high ceilings, incredible primary suite with beautiful bath and walk in closet plus three additional bedrooms and two baths on the opposite side of the house.

Multiple sliding glass doors lead to the lanai with heated saltwater pool and spa, sunny lounge area, and covered dining space. A Weber grill provides a great option for preparing meals.

We provide a wagon, beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella for guest use.

Fabulous Home!!

Very nice home for our family. Clean, nice layout with a short walk to the beach access and nearby restaurants and putt putt golf. No bikes were available to use which was no problem as we could rent them from the bike shop on the island. All in all it was a great stay for all of us and our young grandchildren.

Absolutely excellent - cannot recommend this property more!

I cannot recommend this property more. Our kids are grown and we all live in different states. We planned a family vacation for our kids and their sig others & this was the perfect property. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach & everything you need for the beach is in the garage, ready to go. The kitchen is large, the outside grill was awesome and we ate all meals outside in the screened in porch & enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The house was fully stocked and so clean, upon arrival. Communication with the host was prompt and responsive - all in all, we will be looking to her other properties for future stays.

Beautiful Home

We had a great week at this Beautiful house!! This house has everything you need!! We used the pool and Hot Tub so much, before and after the Beach, it’s such an added amenity. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the Beach, Restaurants and Shopping!! We walked almost everywhere!! I highly.recommend this property for you next vacation!!

Beautiful Home!

Home looked as advertised. Great location for walking to the beach. In Marco, it matters how close the property is to public beach access, since private resorts line the beach, and this home is a short walk to one of the public access points. Lots of room, which worked perfectly for the 6 of us. Lynn was great to work with, and went the extra mile to help us with a cable/internet issue during our stay. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to return in the future!

Great location...good memories

The home was beautiful and inviting. We had a lot of fun in the beautiful pool. The kids loved it. We were close enough to the beach to walk to it and took advantage of the chairs, towels, toys and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The house was clean and simply perfect just like the photos. We made lots of memories and would highly recomment staying here.

Perfect house and location!

This house was spotless and the perfect size and layout for our family of 8. The master suite was spacious and on the other side of the house from the rest of the bedrooms. All linens were very clean. There were ceiling fans and extra quilts/blankets so everyone could adjust to their own comfort. The wagon, umbrellas, and beach toys were appreciated. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for meals. My only warning would be for people with small children. The pool and spa are very nice and quite an attraction for youngsters. Two bedrooms, the breakfast nook, and two doors in the great room open directly to the pool with just a flip lock at waist height so either be very watchful of excited kids or invest in a pool alarm which is what I did. The pool and lanai are screened-in so no worry about bugs. Just a 5 minute walk to a shopping plaza with restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. . Responsive hosts. Perfect!

Early May vacation

Lynn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Lovely home, very easy for my husband, me and four children over 19 to get ready to go out quickly due to enough bathrooms. Also the bedroom locations allow a good amount privacy. Walk to beach about 10 mins or you can drive down the street to the south beach public parking ($10 all day parking) and it’s just a few minutes walk to a section of the beach we found to be really peaceful at this time of year now that spring breaks are over.

Amazing property and great location!

Our vacation started with canceled flights from Chicago and a drive through the night to Marco Island. Upon arrival we were greeted by a plate of warm chocolate cookies and a wonderful note from the owner empathizing with the rough start to our vacation. It was all uphill from there! The property was luxurious, spacious and very clean. The separate master suite allowed my wife and I to have our own space while the four teenagers spread out over three other bedrooms and two baths. Common areas had multiple gathering points to facilitate dining, game playing or outdoor relaxation in the covered pool and hot tub. We picked the home for its beautiful design and features but we’re blown away by the amazing location. A few minutes walk from the beach, close enough to walk to several restaurant and shopping areas. Definitely perfect for the family that wants to enjoy private relaxing sometimes and still have everything close at hand when you want to go out. I would highly recommend this property and the owner was wonderful to work with. The Lecomptes

Great home, location and property owner!

We stayed with three other semi-retired couples and really enjoyed out week. Bedrooms worked great and pool area was wonderful. Walk to the beach is 10 minutes, as close as you can get without staying in a hotel on the beach.

Awesome home!!

We have rented multiple VRBO In the Marco Island and Naples area. This home was over the top and fantastic for our family. It was right around the corner from public beach access and the private pool and hot was great for us and our kids. We could swim when we wanted to and didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone! We will be back!

Great Location

About as close to the beach as you can get and stay in a house. Marriott is a short walk away. Even closer is entertainment complex with great food and upscale woman’s clothing store.

The best VRBO we have stayed in.

We were sold on the pool and the hot tub, however, the location and all the amenities that came with the VRBO made it feel like home. They were two igloo coolers, a sand wagon and six beach chairs available for use. It is a short walk to the beach, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay on Marco Island

Beautiful Home and Great Location

This home features an ideal layout for a family vacation with its own master wing on one side and 3 nice bedrooms with two additional full bathrooms on the other side. In the middle is a beautiful and open kitchen/dining/ living space which opens up to the attractive, welcoming pool and patio area. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is literally just steps away from several outstanding dining options and an easy walk to the beach. Lynn provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella which were easy to take to and from the beach daily. This home exceeded our high expectations.

Perfect fit for large large family

We've been coming to Marco Island every other Thanksgiving week for 20 years. This was the first time we needed to secure a vacation home. The property met our needs. Spacious rooms, nice pool and hot tub, and great location to the beach and our other family members staying in a nearby resort. We had a couple of issues that the property manager took care of immediately. We'd recommend this property to anyone. It met our needs perfectly.

40th Anniversary

This was truly one of our most memorable vacations. As rookie VRBO renters, we were so fortunate to have Lynn Defever as our host! There was only 3 of us, but since it was my sister’s 40th wedding anniversary we wanted something special. This property is in a great location; walk to beach, restaurants & shopping. Home was so clean and equipped with all kitchen essentials plus a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! We definitely will return to Marco and one of Lynn’s properties.
