I stayed here for 10 days during lab immersion with one of my classmates and it was a great experience. We attend MUSC so being so close to campus was extremely convenient, it’s also next to a bunch of really cute shops and good places to eat. It was a little noisy since you are next to a hospital, but I kind of liked hearing the outside world instead of pure silence lol. 10/10 loved the cabin like cozy feel of the place and definitely recommend staying here! (:

Thank you so much for the awesome review! We’re glad the cozy, cabin-like feel and convenient location near MUSC made your 10-day stay a great experience. Being close to campus, cute shops, and great food is definitely a plus! We appreciate your understanding about the hospital noise and would love to host you again!

Home was clean, but just a bit older in person than photos revealed. Unit A is street facing, so can be loud with traffic at times starting around 7am. If you’re renting for just a place to rest at night

Checking in was super easy, driveway was slightly difficult to find but parking was a breeze. Clean, cool space. Dishwasher, washer/dryer included. The only negative wasn’t from the home, just the busy street/area outside! Being just down the street from the trauma center, I heard several helicopters throughout the nights I was there. But overall definitely worth the money, location was great. About a 30 minute walk to anywhere downtown you’d want to go. I would definitely stay again!

Our professional housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing every home, so they’ll be delighted to hear your kind words. We’re glad the parking was easy and that the location made exploring downtown convenient. We understand the city sounds and occasional helicopters can be part of being near the trauma center, and we’re happy it didn’t take away from your overall stay. We’d love to welcome you back!

Photos are airbrushed. Very noisy with people outside and upstairs. On the positive side, the host was very communicative and the location was central and very walkable!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the central location and found our team communicative throughout your stay. We’re sorry to hear the home did not fully meet your expectations. Our photos are professionally taken to accurately represent the property, though lighting and angles can sometimes make spaces appear different in person. As for the noise, being in such a walkable and vibrant area does mean there can occasionally be activity from neighboring guests and the surrounding neighborhood. We appreciate your comments and thank you for staying with us.

The property was not clean at all, the air conditioning did not work (78 degrees inside the unit in the evenings). Location and beds were great but the listing photos did not represent the true condition of the property and overall it was very disappointing experience given the cost.

Thank you for the honest review, and we’re truly sorry about the condition of the property and the AC during your stay. Our professional housekeeping team has always been very thorough, so we’re disappointed that the cleanliness was not up to our usual standard. We’ve already addressed this with the team. Our comfy beds are definitely a guest favorite, and we’re glad those and the location were positives for you. We’ve also addressed the AC and can confirm it is now in good working condition for future guests. We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience.
