I prefer guests contacting me first to discuss their stay prior to making the booking request !
Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child + baby cot, direct access to beach and pool, parking lots for 2 cars
Located in a small coast town of Sant Vicenc de Montalt, 35 km North of Barcelona. Easily accessible by train from Barcelona and Gerona airports and train stations.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on guests schedules.
Cleaning fees will depend on the number of guests and the length of their stay and will range between 65-75 euros. Guests are also offered the option to clean the appartment by themselves.
It is my holiday appartment. I do not live in Spain during the year and am not around to welcome the guests in person on their arrival. I am available to assist my guests any time by e-mail or by phone.

The apartment smelled like mildew from not being open and aired out. There we moths all over the place and mosquitos came in when we tried to aire out the apartment. The sheets felt wet ! There wasn't any soap nor toilet paper in the bathrooms.. the cleaning price was not included in the initial price of the booking and then the host wanted me to take out the garbage, what's the point of having the cleaning fee then! No sugar or coffee for breakfast.. at least other places where I have stayed they make you feel welcome. I had to jump through hoops to get the key. I would not recommend this place.

Relaxing

Our stay was great. Quiet and clean Accroos from a small street is the beach and restaurant with a tasty food. Nice boardwalk, close to the train station and and a 10 min walk to a good local grocery store.

Nice and warm holiday

We have had a nice stay in the apartment of Natalia. Close to the beach, community swimming pool in the garden. Every component for a nice holiday was available and the apartment is fine and everything you need in the house is there.

We did not meet the host personally, but in all her contacts with us she was helpful and friendly. We reported a problem with the plumbing and the host arranged for it to be fixed promptly.

Brief Visit

An hour north of Barcelona, across from a nice restaurant, this is a spacious ground floor apartment in a good neighborhood. The owner provided information about the Renfe stations in advance, & it is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk from either station. For me, a map visual or diagram from either station with the exact location of the building and where to pick up the keys would have been helpful, since google maps struggled with the address. I enjoyed my brief stay here, walking along the beach sidewalk, reading on the front patio & dipping my toes in both the pool & the sea.

A hidden Gem

This was our first visit to Barcelona and, Natalia’s hidden Gem is a must. If you plan to visit Barcelona with family and a little kid, if you want to stay away from city but being water front and having everything around you - walking distance, then, for sure with Natalia’s place you will tick all the boxes. She was very receptive and answered to all my questions, very careful even though we communicated at distance. Natalia, thank you for hosting us and hoping we will visit Barcelona soon, and, of course we will book your place again!!!

Wonderful beachside location.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The perfect location. Ground floor with a small garden ideal for sitting out in. A gate to the communal garden with a small swimming pool and then a gate onto a quiet road and directly to the beach. It was busier at the weekends but most of the time we had the beach virtually to ourselves. Communication with the owner was by message but that was fine. A couple of small problems were easily resolved. The apartment is spacious with two big bedrooms with lots of storage space and two bathrooms with great showers. Decent kitchen with oven, microwave, electronic hob and dishwasher. The area is lovely and two advantages, it’s about the only bit of coast where the railway doesn’t run in front of the beach and the two reserved car parking spaces were invaluable. All in all a great month and we would stay again

Great location and beautiful condo but no AC

If you are looking for something near the beach, the location is great. If it had AC it would have been so much better. I did have difficulty with several things, such as Taxi driver unable to find it despite GPS, instructions left by owner, and unfamiliarity with the outskirts of town. Getting in apartment instructions were followed but unfortunately still unable to get in. Owner has a Belgium number that no one could reach. I wasn’t aware AC wasn’t standard and older bldg means power outages. Towels were rough and people talking outside bathroom where window is cracked open for ventilation. Probably will not be staying here again. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Didn’t finish my stay, left early morning next day to check into hotel. AC is a must for us.

LOVE this place (and the host)!!!

My friend and I traveled with his Down's Syndrome sister who struggles physically and doesn't do stairs well. This place was perfect for us. Ground floor (just a couple steps to go on the outside veranda). The 2 bathrooms both have WONDERFUL big showers with great water pressure and many spout choices. The bidet was helpful for his sister too.The natural light and MANY LARGE windows/glass doors in the apartment were wonderful too! We could sit sit on the veranda and listen to the waves.We could even in the living room with the veranda door open and hear the waves.There are sidewalks to walk the beach for miles. There's also a path we didn't have the opportunity to hike that looks great.There's a great Alcampo / Auchan store not far - and Barcelona is a great place to visit (also not too far away).There are many keys for the place and a lot of instructions so we were confused a bit at first. We had a snag trying to find the place to get the key, but Natalia was a very accommodating and friendly host - and we figured it out. I recommend printing the instructions if you have that capability.And the price is great!Natalia was a wonderful host. We highly recommend her place and her.I've rented a number of places over the years through VRBO and similar platforms. Natalia's place is one of the very best. We will definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Great stay, with some caveats

The good: The location! Was located in a wonderful area right along the ocean with the train station close by, making it easy to get into Barcelona proper within about an hour or so. Apartment itself: It’s a great spacious apartment with nice bedrooms, kitchen, and comfortable living room. Had access to everything I could have needed during my stay, and there were ample sheets, towels, blankets, cookware, etc. The challenges: Getting into the apartment was a bit tough, address was slightly tough to find, so had to explore and photo match. Additionally, I basically just had to bank on someone letting me in via the front gate to the complex, but if that didn’t work out, I would have had to scale a stone wall to get in. When I got in the apartment, there was no power. I had to restart the breaker myself and get the power to work. Not a huge issue, but just wasn’t expecting it. Bathrooms and the apartment overall had a slightly musty smell, but it’s probably just a result of the humidity.Unfortunately did not have hot water/heat until the 3rd day there; response times were a little longer than I would have liked. I get a couple hours at a time, but I was going 12-14 hours without a response (which is not great when I had no hot water!) Natalia was helpful when she did respond, though. Overall it was good, just wished there had been better communication times and hot water! Your mileage may vary, but a good option in Barcelona, and Natalia is an accommodating host.

El apartamento es sumamente cómodo. La ubicación y la zona es hermosa. Ideal contar con automóvil para los desplazamientos, ya que la estación de tren está a un kilómetro.

Al lado del mar y espacioso

La casa sorprende para bien en todo. Y Natalia es encantadora. Además es PET friendly. Fuimos con nuestro perro, y fue todo muy agradable. El apartamento es mucho más espacioso de lo que imaginas por las fotos. La terraza es estupenda. Se ve el mar mientras desayunas. Esta situada en primera línea de playa, solo hay que cruzar una calle. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos: lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas..., que no suele ser nada frecuente y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Hay dos baños, con duchas de obra y tienen ventana, algo muy recomendable. El único inconveniente, es que la cocina tiene poca luz natural. La zona es muy bonita, aunque está alejada del pueblo, unos 2 kms, y no tiene comercios cerca. Hay restaurantes en la propia playa, un poco caros, pero con mucho estilo. Nosotros fuimos a visitar Barcelona, en coche, a 30 kms. Dejamos el coche en un parking gratuito en la zona de Selva de Mar y cogíamos tranvía y metro. En conjunto, una estancia estupenda. Repetiremos, sin duda.

Muy buena experiencia. Piso enfrente de un chiringuito y de la playa. Los vecinos un poco ruidosos y problemas de persianas pero Natalia hizo lo posible para solucionarlo.

Recomendaría esta vivienda

Natalia, la dueña de la vivienda, muy buena comunicación, no hemos tenido ningún problema. La casa es estupenda, cómoda, grande, frente al mar, buenísima para compartir con la familia, con todas las comodidades, y todos los servicios cerca. Nos ha encantado.

Estamos muy agradecidos

Ha sido el mejor dia de todos, nos lo hemos pasado muy bien, hemos tenido un problema con la luz pero lo demás a sido espectacular, la dueña muy amable y de buen corazón y el lugar esta en muy buena ubicación, sobre todo el lugar muy bonito. Gracias por todo estamos muy contentos.

La Ubicación lo mejor

El apartamento está ubicado en el paseo maritimo. Es un apartamento grande y espacioso, pero que presenta ligeras diferencias con las imagenes del anuncio. El sofá carece de respaldo y no es nada comodo, necesita una limpienza general a fondo y quizás una limpieza con más mimo antes de la entrada de los huespedes. Nos encontramos toallas mojadas en los armarios y radiadores, terraza posterior muy sucia, utensilios de cocina sucios, etc… Se nota que no está la dueña supervisando el estado del apartamento. Por otro lado, las camas eran comodas y los electrodomesticos (menos el horno) y baños estan en buen estado.
