Clean apartment with a beautiful view close to a lot of restaurants and hot spots in the area. Unfortunately no water for a couple of days due to the water crisis no fault of the owner but I can’t wait to stay here again

The area was great. The location of the condo was in a great spot. The only downfall is we didn’t have the key access to get into the building. And we had to be buzzed in every time. Was told that we would have the key dropped off, but that never happened all in all everything was OK.

Room was very clean. Good restaurants nearby. Nice ocean view from the balcony. The sliding door to the balcony needs to be lubricated, as it was a little tough to open and close. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected. The shower was great. Plenty of hot water. The TV gets plenty of channels. Host was communicative when asked questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Apt was nice but 3 rd day into our trip we lost all water. Not an acceptable situation but spent 2 days with host ( who rarely responded) and VRbo. We ended by moving to Marriott property and spending a lot more money. VRBO was helpful in getting some money back

We communicated with this customer on a daily basis as evidenced in all our emails and text from my representative in Puerto Rico. I proposed to her, and she never answered, we would reimburse the remaining 3 days even though it was not the policy because the water issue was out of control. It was a situation with the main water supply in the district of Isla Verde. Actually VRBO, the platform we use, reimbursed the money without my authorization. As owner, I am the one that triggers and selects reimbursement for our property after getting confirmation from the guest which we never received. I will be contacting VRBO about it.

Everything was absolutely perfect, i would definitely stay again. Instructions for check in and check out were very easy and fast.. The only con i have was the water didn't get very warm.. wasn't too bad tho after spending a day at the beach in the warm sun.. overall i loved it!

Restaurants, beach and stores are all walking distance but I recommend renting a car to see the island

I absolutely would recommend this booking! Perfect location. Beach accessible within a 5 minute walk in 2 different directions. Plenty restaurants, bars, Walgreens, and essentials nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable! Great view from the balcony!! I will DEFINITELY be booking again for my next visit to Puerto Rico!!!
