We had the best time at Island Stones!! The view was spectacular and our family enjoyed it so much! The kids had a blast in the game room and the pool/outdoor patio area was our favorite hangout. We will be staying again!

Island Stones is a beautiful property! The views are second to none. It’s a classic style Carribean upscale villa. The separated bedrooms allow for nice privacy and the common area easily handles 10 people. Our communication with the property managers and guidance on check in was great. The property was perfect for our large family get together. It was very clean. Parking was great for three vehicles. Definitely recommend it!

My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island.

Everything was nice except for the existing leak in the Honeymoon Room. When it rained hard (which is did for days off and on) water was everywhere. You could tell by the stains on the wall that it was not a new issue. Other than that, it was super nice and a great place to hang with our friends to celebrate my 50th birthday.

Thank you very much for giving feedback on your stay at Island Stones. Since this was a problem specific to the rains and affecting that free standing bedroom/bath building I thought it best to copy more information from our property manager. In addition, please know that apart from the immediate temporary repair that this building will be getting a new roof in August/September. We had temporarily patched that area of the honeymoon roof previously and it was not leaking up to that point, but there was one crazy storm during their stay that left water on the floor (the same one that caused problems at Beach Walk). I was there within 15 minutes with a shop vac, mop, fans, etc. and got it totally cleaned up and they seemed very happy with that. I asked them to let me know if it continued to be a problem but whenever I checked in with them they said things were great. After they left, we had an open week so Colby was able to patch things up. I believe he also cleaned and painted the interior wall where it was stained from the leak. It has barely rained since then, but I haven't seen any evidence of leaks so far.

The house and amenities were fantastic. Love this location and proximity to beaches, grocery store, and Cruz Bay. We had the best time at this house!!

Family fun in paradise

We drove to a different beach/bay each day and hung out at the pool. Family dinners in the villa. A wonderful week.

You cannot beat the view. I think I took at least 100 photos of just the view. Kids loved the game room and the pool. Thanks for a great vacation! See you again soon Island stones

Wow! Incredible view and location

Amazing property, incredible views. And let’s open with location… close to the beaches, a 12 minute drive to Cruz Bay, and even s decently close drive to east end. The pool view looking out over Cinnamon was amazing. Bedrooms are well furnished. We just lived everything about our stay! Thanks, John, for taking care of us!

Amazing

Great house with tons of privacy even if you have a large group since it is so spread out. Pool deck and view is unreal. Highly recommend. About 5 mins from Cinnamon Bay which in my opinion is the best beach on the island.

Thank you Shane. We walk down to Cinnamon in 20 minutes but the walk back up 7 switchbacks can be pretty brutal. Mostly we take the vehicle down and bring the coolers and beach chairs. Thank you all for choosing Island Stones. Vicky and John

Breathtaking & a Dream Vacation

The property is amazing! The views are absolutely stunning and the pictures online don’t give it justice. The game room was super fun with pool, darts and fuse ball. We need some lights fixed and a couple items for the kitchen & the property management was so responsive! We can’t wait to go back.

Another Great Stay at Island Stones

This was our second time staying at Island Stones. We had a group of 8 consisting of friends and family with two teenagers. The view at Island Stones is unbeatable in our opinion. The villa is sprawling and spacious. Lots of space with an exceptional pool area. Very close to all of the North Shore beaches. I have vacationed on St. John for many years and this is my favorite villa based on privacy, view and location.

Best Place on Earth

Fantastic stay. Took my employees for a reward trip and they had the time of their life. We spent days at Trunk Bay and Maho Bay. We also did a sailboat charter for a day on the water. Nothing better than getting home and jumping in the pool. We also took in a couple sunsets at Windmill Bar. Overall the house was great. The kitchen was perfect with everything you need. High end appliances with a fantastic outdoor grill. I look forward to booking again.

Stayed here for the second time.....Amazing views, simply gorgeous. Tucked into a jungle mountainside, so plenty of privacy. Great breeze, great pool and rooms are spread out and private. All the kitchen amenities you need. AC in all rooms including the common areas. Plenty of parking. Easy access to all the North shore beaches and Midway grocery. Nellie and owner both very responsive to any issues (though there are rarely any issues, minor if there are)Thanks again for a great stay, see you again next year :)

Family vacation for 12

island stones has 6 bedrooms with bathrooms all very private. 2 bedrooms on main floor. The rest are very separate. Kind of quirky layout but worked. Youngest children stayed in room with their parents. Pool is 6 foot deep. The most beautiful view we have ever seen! Worked out for our family. Everyone has a tremendous time.

Beautiful, Amazing

Property is amazing, great space for 4 couples. The VIEW!!! St. John is breath taking, everyone, even beyond the property is so focused on an amazing vacation. We had one small issue and the property manager had it corrected in 20 minutes. Will book again, no hesitation! Great communication with the people that manage this property!

Unbelievable Views

Island Stones was a beautiful property that fit our needs. From the moment you drive up the driveway and see the property sign and stone work, you know it’s going to be amazing. The pool was awesome to spend time in on lazy afternoons after coming back from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and appliances and bedrooms all had their own bathrooms, which is good when you are traveling with friends. We had so much fun at island Stones and will miss waking up to that view every morning!

Relaxing stay

That place was incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice, especially the pool and the view. You could tell all the native stonework was done by some real craftsman and it was well maintained. The grandkids learned to snorkel in the pool and then had a great time snorkeling at the beaches.. All the rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfy and the individual bathrooms and outside showers in each room where a plus that we didn’t expect. We especially enjoyed all the professional landscaping and outdoor lighting. We liked the privacy and quietness of the location. You’ll be sold on the place just coming up the long driveway with all the stonework before you even see the main house.

Fantastic house, view is unbeatable

General thoughts: -Driveway can hold 3 cars, but requires some maneuvering to drive out forward. -Recommend larger kitchen garbage can. -Thanks to Nellie. She got another coffee pot for our large group.
