Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath private entry guest suite 5 miles East of Downtown. (2) queen over queen beds, (1) king bed, (1) sofa, (1) folding desks, (2) adjustable desk/kitchen tables, (1) 50" & (2) 32" LED's all with prime and HDTV. 1000 MBPS Fiber private router/Wi-Fi/ethernet. Refrigerator, Dual induction burner, Toaster, Coffee setup and utensils.

Any refundable amount, we will deduct a 5% transaction fee.

Due to COVID19, we want to confirm our standard cleaning process for guests:
- We clean with windex and clorox
- Comforter's are laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels)
- All surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, table, light switches, etc.)
- Alcohol wipes provided for extra peace of mind

Your guest suite is the door behind the blue Adirondack chairs, which are in front of a red facade. There’s a sign that says Sven’s Castle. Please only park on the right side of driveway.

I’m usually home or close to home, you may see me passing by or with neighbors. Just message me if you need anything🤗

JD’s market has great necessities and amazing tacos. Riverside Drive is filled with convenience shopping.

Rideshare can range from $8-16 in and around downtown. I enjoy riding 16 miles round trip from house to Mopac along Lady Bird Lake🚴‍♂️

The guest suite is totally private, the three shared doors can only be mechanically unlocked from your side.

If you have a service animal or emotional support animal:

Otherwise provide your dogs breed, weight, quantity for pre-approval. $75 flat fee per pet per reservation, with additional cleaning if applicable.

The place was spotless. Mike was very accommodating and flexible. We appreciated that he checked on our needs and responded right away when we needed anything or asked a question. Hehelped us right away when we realized we left something behind in the house, and got immediately in touch with his cleaning service so we could easily retrieve it and not be late for our flight. We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place was clean, comfortable, and the pool was such an amazing bonus—it made our stay feel extra special. We made so many wonderful memories here. The hosts were kind, attentive, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Listen to me, if you're coming to Austin and want to stay in a clean home, in a quiet neighborhood that's close to H-E-B (my fave store!) and close to downtown, this is it!I was traveling alone with my 20-year-old daughter and 21-year-old nephew for a young professionals conference, and they LOVED the bunk beds. They said it reminded them of being little kids, and honestly, it made me feel so nostalgic too. The bunk beds weren’t your typical twins these were lile full-sized or something and were super spacious! The bed in the main room was incredibly comfortable, and every room had a TV (thank you!!). After a long day, we love winding down with a show and falling asleep, it was perfect.And let me tell you...after a long drive, there's nothing better than a nice, hot shower, and Sven’s Castle did NOT disappoint. I swear there’s a water softener in there because my skin felt amazing and the water was silky smooth.As a bonus, I actually got to meet Sven during checkout, he's not just a superstar host, he's handsome too! Next time we're in Austin from Houston, we’re absolutely booking this place again and I hope my husband can join us because I know he’d love it just as much.So impressed. 10/10 experience.

Weekend trip

House was just as described and it was perfect

We just came in to Austin for one night for a concert as we live only an hour away. Mike was very friendly, house was clean and everything was just like the photos. Beds were comfortable.

Clean, reasonably priced house, short drive to downtown.

Unit was very clean. Communication with Mike was great - he is very responsive to any questions or needs. House is just 10 minutes to Lady Bird Lake, and just 20 minutes to the center of downtown. Beds were comfortable. Full size fridge, plus a microwave. Large TVs in every room, with Netflix. Driveway parking. We enjoyed our family weekend in Austin.
