2 acre country lot featuring a BRAND NEW home built in 2019 featuring 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3.5 baths. This beautiful modern home has everything you need at your fingertips! It is like your own private hotel!
The downstairs features a large open spacious living room with another “L” shaped couch, a large TV, foosball, mini pool, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Wii, XBOX 360, and tons of board games for adults and kids. No need to bring ANY toys because we got you covered from dolls, Barbie’s, Hot Wheels, and everything in-between. Off of the rec room is 3 bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed.
In the backyard it is the perfect country living to rest after a long day at the golf course or the nearby Waterpark! This two acre lot has a bird feeders, private pool, patio furniture, pool toys, bean bag toss, Blackstone griddle, and everything else you need to just sit back, put your feet up, and relax! Our home is less than 1/10 of a mile from hiking and biking trails, fishing, great restaurants with views of Lake Winnebago, boat/jet ski rentals, and so much more!
