This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with 2 queen beds and 1 King bed. It is also equipped with 2 full bathrooms. There is a Smart TV in every room in the house, which will allow you to watch some channels (If you have an account, you can access Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime). High Speed Wifi throughout the house. Full Kitchen for cooking and washer/dryer inside the home. Everything you will need to make you feel at home. This house is throughly cleaned after every tenant.

First impression made us think twice…grass had not been mowed. Upon entering, things looked nice but furniture in living room was not the same as pictured & while there were lamps on the end tables, one did not have a bulb & neither was plugged in. No lamps in bedrooms (just overhead lights w/fans). Basically clean & A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom tub/showers appeared to be new & you needed to be careful not to slip. Very nice towels & wash cloths but no hand towels. No shampoo, soaps, etc. Kitchen supplies were minimal Overall, just not the same experience we have been accustomed to w/other vrbo stays.

Cute little place! Loved the way it was laid out. Easy check in/out. Nice neighborhood. I thought it was a house, but it’s a duplex. (Not bad, just didn’t realize) Great place for short and long stays!

This place was really nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. My only suggestion is to have a later check out time, like 11:00 instead of 10:00.

Family Reunion

I cant say enough about this house. The pictures doesnt do it any justice. It is beautiful. Very clean smells amazing. The decor is superb. My family and i really enjoyed, the neighborhood is nice, friendly and safe. I will definitely stay again. The host is very thorough, i especially enjiyed the dining suggestions he pisted.

This property was perfect for my family as we were in town to celebrate my son graduating from Albany State University. This property allowed us to stay together, grandmother, mother and aunts! Thank you!!

Comfortable home

The home is nicely decorated and in a quiet yet convenient location. I wish there had been additional trash bags available. Hand towels in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. Host is easily contacted.

Really really good

Comfortable and good price. Very communicative host. The only suggestion would be since advertising that it hosts 6, then have six plates, six bowls, etc. only had eat ware for 4. It's not a big deal since there are dollar trees close by. I'd stay there again.

Clean and comfy

House is nice sized and very clean; obvious the owner cares! Neighborhood quiet. One minor recommendation would be to place dark curtains over the miniblinds in front bedroom as the streetlight tends to make that room a little bright for some who prefer dark rooms at night. If we find ourselves returning to the area for an event we would strongly consider this home again...thanks!

Comfortable, quiet, and great host!

When we first arrived the home looked like it had not been cleaned from its previous stay. However after contacting the host it turned out that the house cleaner had had a family emergency and was not able to clean the home. Demetric was extremely apologetic and professional. He offered to help out in any way to make it right and gave us several very agreeable options. In the end he paid for our hotel stay that night and had the place cleaned and ready by the following day. We enjoyed our stay there, it was clean, neat, and pleasant. In addition the neighborhood was very quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice Host

My husband and I stayed in Albany for an event. The house was very clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable. The host was friendly and replied to my questions timely. However, there were a few things that could be improved upon. Neither bath tub holds water so you cannot take a bath, only showers. There were no nightstands beside the bed so you have no where to put your phone, glasses etc. My husband uses a cpap machine to sleep and there was no place to sit it. Several electric outlets in the house did not work. The one on my side of the bed where I would have charged my phone did not work. There was not a working outlet in either bathroom to use a hair dryer but the only mirrors in the house were in the bathrooms. It made it difficult to style my hair. There was no mention of any of these things in any of the other reviews so I thought I would share them.

Family Vacation

My family absolutely loved the house in Albany, GA. The house accommodates a family of 4 perfectly. My kids had their own bedrooms and bathroom so it felt like we were at home. I would definitely rent this house again while visiting family in Albany, GA.

Senior Picture Trip

Excellent host and property!

Our property ended up unavailable on check-in day due to a water leak. Our host quickly reacted to accommodate us and place us in one of his other properties! He was fantastic to work with! So our review is of him and the other property we stayed at.

Truth in advertising

The size of the property really met our needs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was as clean as advertised. Demetric was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Very pleased!

We were in Albany visiting family. The property was exactly what was shown on VBRO. The house was clean and had everything needed for our 2 night stay. Booking and communication with the property owner was very easy. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Relaxing Stay

This place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. It was easy to hop on the highway and drive to other locations in Albany. A great place to relax and recover after a long race.

Good for small family

Good sized bedrooms and convent to highway and bypass. Master bedroom is big enough to put a small air mattress in if you have Littles that are too little for the big queen beds. We had the older kids in the two bedroom and the toddlers were able to be with us.
