Open Style Home with Magnificent Views!

This home is fun, unique and the views will take your breath away! Located in a quiet neighborhood with some of the most awe inspiring views in Sedona. The location is ideal and in the heart of Sedona. Walk out the front door and be on the water of Oak Creek within 1 block, Brewer trail up to the famous airport vortex in 0.4 miles, the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village 3/4 miles away and Uptown Sedona just a short driving distance (1.5 miles).

The Space:
Upstairs features a deck that overlooks a large range of outstanding Red Rock Views! There is a very spacious feeling with an open living room as well as the bedrooms up on the third floor. When you walk outside onto the large open air deck you will be enjoying some of the best views Sedona has to offer.

The kitchen comes equipped with spices and everything you will need to make a delicious meal.

The dining area is situated with awesome Red Rock views.

Bedroom 1 offers a King size bed, an office attached with amazing Red Rock views and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 Offers a queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 (Master) Offers a queen size bed with a private bathroom.

Enjoy a variety of game offered including darts, shuffleboard, various boardgames and a Wii video game console.

The Neighborhood:
The beautiful shops of Tlaquepaque and Oak creek are just a short distance. There numerous restaurants and venues to enjoy as well as incredible hiking and mountain bike riding trails nearby.

Getting Around:
Short drive to some of the best hikes and mountain bike trails in Sedona.

Other Things to Note:
There is a steep driveway to get up to house. Limited parking 3 vehicle maximum.

It is All About the View

Beautiful immaculate house with spectacular views. My husband, son and I spend 6 days in this lovely home. It is very well equipped and we made a few meals in the large modern kitchen. This was blessing since it was a holiday week and everything was very vey crowded. The location is close to the main drag and hiking and restaurants. Be aware the two bedrooms on the upper floor have no doors and are open to main living area. This was not a problem for us since my son slept in private bedroom on lower level and it was just my husband and i on third floor. But for 3 adult groups that want privacy there really is not much in the two upper bedrooms. But as i said no issue for us. We loved the house, views and location. We had a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous Spot !

We loved everything about this home! "Magnificent Views" to say the least. It was perfect for our family, very well furnished, spotless and so close to everything. We loved the shuffleboard, Wii, firepit table, kitchen and all the small details. We walked to shops, hikes etc.. but mostly enjoyed hanging at the house...hard to leave !! For sure want to come back!

The BEST views!!

Red rock views are what we come to Sedona for, and this house did not disappoint. Multiple seating options on the property give you photo ops galore! The house was spotless and well furnished and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Thank you to our hosts, Lori and Donna, for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location, amazing house

First thing you notice about this house is the amazing views. The second thing you notice is just how nice the house is. We spent Thanksgiving their. The kitchen was so well appointed that I could easily cook the whole meal. We walked to shops, hung out, played games. It was a great trip!!

Amazing vistas in Sedona!

We have rented many homes in our travels, but this one is by far our favorite! Everything about this house was amazing, from the furnishings to the views, and it was immaculately clean! If we get back to Sedona, we will most definitely rent this property again!

Best House, Wonderful Views

This house is filled with spectacular, fun experiences plus it provides the best views in Sedona. Clean, well equipped is the usual description of a rental, but this house goes beyond that in providing a wonderful place filled with fun games, a comfortable environment and a true “red rock” atmosphere.

The views!

We could have spent the entire weekend in the property, and never gone out, the views and house were so amazing. Extremely clean, great communication and perfect for a getaway weekend. Even though the weather was cool (mid-Nov) the patio during the day was perfect, and they also have a fire pit for evenings. Just lovely.

Great property and better views

This house is exactly as advertised. The views are stunning from the deck . The kitchen is large, modern and spacious. We also enjoyed the shuffleboard table in the living room. The house was also spotless. I cannot recommend this VRBO with any greater enthusiasm.

Beautiful Home With Amazing Views

We had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is convenient and close to everything but feels private. We enjoyed the panoramic view from the large balcony each morning, afternoon and evening. It was clean and the management replied quickly to every call and email.

Great views, LOTS of light!

This house was beautiful, super clean and tastefully furnished. The views are nearly 360degrees. The only concern was sleeping in the upper loft area as there are no curtains and the morning light flooded in. If you like to sleep in, bring your eye mask! And, the upper loft bedrooms are open to all noise coming from below in the kitchen area. These aren’t necessarily negatives, just a heads up for those that need a little more quiet and a darkened room to sleep.

Awesome views

Really nice clean unique home with a front second floor patio that spans the entire width of the second floor. Views are stunning. Wish we had stayed longer.

Sedona done right

Luxurious is how you feel at this extraordinary home! Love the open floor plan. Donna goes above and beyond with all the essentials that one might need while staying here. The views are breathtakingly beautiful; the patio is a wonderful extension of the property. The only regret is we only had two days/nights. We did manage to do quite a bit of hiking since every place was so close. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel pampered.

Beautiful property with beautiful views!!

The views were better than expected. The property is in a great location. Very close to uptown and close to Tlaquepaque for shopping. Since it's pretty central it was easy access to all the trailheads I enjoy in the area, in particular, Hangover trail. The house was very clean and I really enjoyed the open floor plan with the two bedrooms upstairs. Our other friend enjoyed the private bedroom downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings with our coffee and the little sitting area down below with the water features in the evening with our glass of wine. We felt right at home. Thank you so much!

Wonderful House + Amazing View

Two couple in our sixties spent four nights. Everything went flawlessly. The house itself is spread over three floors. The mid-floor is an entirely open floorplan with no bedrooms, so it's the place to congregate. The view from the deck is 180+ degrees of absolutely stunning Sedona buttes. Lovely waterfall and sitting area in the yard.

Wonderful Sedona retreat.

Our family of four adults loved this special home. The panoramic views from almost every room were fantastic. It was very close to the downtown area, but it felt as if you were in an exclusive remote area. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with basics and spices - we cooked in almost every night. Evenings out on the balcony with the lighted fire table were a treat. The hiking around the Sedona area is very user- friendly with many trails inter- connected and trailhead parking within a very short drive - but be early to get a space on weekends.
