Camper is located on a small, 12 lot, mobile home park, where about half the guest live and work here and half use as personal vacation home.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Quiet and just a short walk to the beach on a private road. The host Jonathan was very on top of things we only needed one thing and he had it 10 minutes after I sent a message

Inside was clean and well done. Its a camper, nothing fancy. However, where it is located is not great. Neighbor trailers were not in good condition and one looked abandoned, but someone was in there at night. The road to the camper was filled with pot holes.

Hi Jamie. Thank you for leaving the place in such great shape. The neighbors just bought the trailer next door and are working hard to fix the outside while working full time as a school teacher and office administrator, however I do understand your concerns as these things take time. I am also working with the other property owners to improve the road. Thanks again for staying and your honest review

We’ve been staying here for the last several years and realt enjoy everything about it. Jonathan has always been very communicative and friendly. The location is great if you’re looking for privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the OBX. The camper is always cleaned and well stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Great experience at this property! It was the perfect size for 2 adults and a dog. The kitchen was stocked with cooking/eating utensils. Our host responded immediately and quickly came to change the propane tank for us when it ran out. Nice deck area to sit outside and have a meal or just relax. It was the perfect middle ground between the north and south side of the outer banks. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset as well. The road was very quiet and we felt safe. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot to stay with my 2 big dogs! Very clean, close to the beach and in a very quiet area. Everyone around was super friendly. Owner responded quickly and was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Get Away

This was an absolutely perfect getaway! The camper was Super Clean, had everything that you would need and just a short walk to the beach. We will Absolutely be staying here again!

Erin ruined the stay but the Property Owner as usual was more than accommodating and stayed in contact with us throughout the preceding days. We will never stay anywhere else in the OBX.

Perfect spot to relax after a busy day.

It was a great spot for my and the corgis, the folks around the area are very kind and quiet. It was a short easy walk to the beach. Couple of good spots to eat close by

Great camping feel with easy checkin/checkout. Very short walk right to the beach! Host was quick to respond to messages and questions!

Complete relaxation

Cute and cozy! A home away from home!Very Close proximity to the beach, eateries, gas, and groceries.Check in and out was extremely easy. I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
