The Beaver Lake Black Barn: Set in the hills of Lost Bridge Village, this modernized cabin offers magnificent views and many local amenities for friends & family. This area of the lake is known for its scenic views and striper/trout fishing. Just 5 minutes from the marina, you can spend a day at the lake or head to some of the popular attractions Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Thanksgiving

We wanted to get away from the noise for thanksgiving and be remote and this place was heaven - the kids 11 and 8 loved the separate playing barn - plan to drive 30-40 mins for good food options but if you are cooking and grilling you can be self sufficient - came ass advertised and recommend it to anyone !

Family memories to last a lifetime!

If I had to say anything negative about the experience, it would be that we were not prepared for all of the narrow and winding roads that led us to the Black Barn. Most of us were car sick by the time we got there. Other than that, we could not have been happier with our overall experience! The cabin was everything we hoped it would be and more. Communication with the property manager could have been better, but wasn't terrible. The amount of space we had was perfect for the 6 of us. The bunk house was amazing! The fire pit, the deer, the rec center pool and beach, the view, the whole experience was amazing. We'll never forget you Beaver Lake Black Barn!!!

Secluded with a Great Lake View

We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. My wife and I enjoyed looking out on the lake from the deck in the morning while we drinking our coffee. The boys had fun in the loft and got excited by the record player and classic rock albums.

Bachelorette

My girls threw me a bachelorette weekend and we stayed here! 10/10! Everything was perfect and plenty of beds for everyone there was 10 of us and still we had beds open! Had a slight sink clog and the owner was quick to respond to my freak out call. Hope to come back with my family in the future and stay here again!

Close to the lake not a good view of the lake I was expecting a lil bit more for what I paid don’t let the good reviews fools you, Wi-Fi wasn’t working, no phones , tv wasn’t working, ,Ac wasn’t working properly, deck was dirty , inside was clean and ok I would not stay at this property again thanks .

Great Weekend Getaway

Perfect location for my son and two grandsons to stay. Kids did a lot of exploring in the woods close by. We all enjoyed kayaking also. The kids finished their with stores by the fire pit.

Great house

Plenty of space for my family great views. driveway is tough especially if u have a large vehicle internet is very spotty so my hubby wasn’t able to login to work. We will for sure return to this property. Owner was helpful and home is as described we were very happy here

Super cute get away

This cabin and whole area is just a nice escape with an added aesthetic and comfort bonus. It worked well for us for a multi person stay, we would come back again!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year we did a little something f different and rented a lake house to celebrate the holiday. There were 9 of us from age 13 to 53 and each of us enjoyed our stay as much as the next! The house was beautiful, the bunkhouse also lovely. Check in and out was easy and Brandon was helpful and accommodating at every turn! We plan to stay again and highly recommend this rental!

Magical Beaver Lake Getaway

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Black Barn!! Pictures don't do the place justice- it's so charming and comfortable! The place was ideal for our family vacation to Northwest Arkansas. It's centrally located to all of the beautiful sights and fun outdoor things to enjoy in the region. The hosts were absolutely amazing, they go out of their way to set up the perfect stay indoors and out. More perks to be discovered upon arrival than listed. Clean, cozy and well appointed... Highly recommend it- we'll be back for sure!!

Honeymoon getaway

This place is absolutely a hidden gem, very clean and spacious the washer and dryer came in handy. Outdoor working grill everything was fully stocked and ready made it easy to enjoy. (.. could use some curtains in the bedroom :-)

Unique Design/ Wonderful Open Floor Plan

Main house is perfect for socializing! Open, airy, unique design and modern furniture. Very cool space. But just as functional! Bunk barn is a great sleeping space. Outdoor fire pit has great views of the lake. Plenty of wildlife on/ around the property.

Great Experience!

This cabin was cozy and comfortable and it had plenty of space. Very clean! It was also equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had a nice view of the lake from the deck and we didn’t have far to go to launch our boat! We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

Best Weekend Getaway

We took Thursday-Sunday and took a trip to the Black Barn with our two kids age 8 and 1. We had the best time. There was so much to do around the cabin for the kids and all the information was emailed to us by Brandon. It made for a very easy trip down and easy navigating grocery stores and marinas. We had a great time and are already talking about our next trip. We very highly recommend The Black Barn!

All Around Great Place!

I stayed here with 7 other adults, there was plenty of room and everyone had a bed. The cabin was nice and clean when we arrived and there was even a nice little welcoming gift on the counter when we got there! There is plenty of open space for all of us to hang out and have a good time. The location is great, located super close to the marina (we rented a boat for the day and it was amazing), a little fair to get groceries, but there’s a Dollar General about 15/20 minutes away. Everyone enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend this place. One thing to note, the listing lists that there is no pets allowed, but we found dog hair and dog nose smudges on the window, normally this wouldn’t bother me, but one of the guests has a pretty nasty dog allergy and had to take lots of allergy meds, but we survived and still had a great time.
