This home is approximately a 30 min drive to Crater Lake, offering hikes and bike rides. Lake of the Woods another great place to visit along with the local: Klamoya Casino and Train Mountain in Chiloquin 10 mins away.

Beautiful sunsets in the evening, with several areas to sit outside as you enjoy the sunsets over Agency Lake with Mt McLaughlin in the background,

The home has two bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom with walk in shower, the second bedroom has a queen size, with full bathroom with shower and tub directly across from it.

This home offers a large open spacious kitchen with sit in island with stove top and oven. The living room has a large TV and plenty of comfy seating. Enjoy dinner as you sit and eat while taking in the fabulous view of Agency Lake and Mt McLaughlin and not to mention the spectacular sunsets. Outside deck seating to sit outside and enjoy a peaceful time while reading a book or just breathing in the fresh air.

There is a large garden area with flowers to brighten your experience, and an enclosed gated dog area.

Beautiful cabin

Family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Quiet area not too far from Crater Lake. Owner was communicative and helpful throughout the stay.

Great stay in Chiloquin!

We were in the area for Ride the Rim and property was great - easy access to Crater Lake and nice relaxing place to stay. Maighread was easily available and offered local suggestions. Would stay here again!

Great view!

Perfect location to stay when visiting Crater Lake! The owner was very nice with great communication and went above and beyond checking in with us. The home is modern with a great view of the lake, very quiet, clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably.

We stayed here while visiting Glacier - 3 adults and our small dog. The home was VERY well cared for and the owner was so welcoming. We loved it.

Gorgeous home, clean, and great host

We stayed at this amazing home on a road trip from California. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so amazing and even left a coloring book and markers for our kids. We explored the area and loved just sitting outside looking at the view. Highly recommend this home!

Active Week, kind people and Comfortable Stay

The home and host were truly great! I've already encouraged a couple of friends to check out Chiloquin and this area of Oregon as well as this home. The home itself was more than comfortable, very clean, stocked with all we could need, so peaceful and close to hiking, kayaking, fishing and boating. On top of that,, our host was so gracious and helpful, she made it even better. Great vacation!

Even lovelier than expected

Beautiful home and gorgeous location. Our host was very gracious and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure the home was well stocked with all the necessities and a lot of extras.

Awesome peaceful spot

Love everything about the property. The place is brand new and the host is the best. She responded all my questions and concerns timely. I have nothing but positive to say about this amazing home. It’s about 25-30min away from crater lake and it has a great view of the lake. Would highly recommend friends and family to stay here!

Very comfortable.

Environs and home similar to Sunriver without all the activities and hubub! Very pleasant, quiet. Wonderful newly-constructed home, well-supplied, well cared-for. Partial view of Agency Lake though the Ponderosas.

Clean, modern with a view

It's like having your own private road to Crater Lake

Last time I went to Crater Lake, I stayed in Bend the night before. This house was an excellent upgrade to that experience, allowing us to be in the park early and have our pick of parking spaces on a Saturday in July. The view of Agency Lake is very enjoyable: One night I sat in the living room and watched the moon reflect on it. The host was great and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful! Comfortable beds, quality bath towels and bedding. The property owner was very helpful and easy to contact. She checked in on us throughout our stay and offered ideas for places to eat and things to do. The only thing we would have like to have that we didn’t was the ability to log into Netflix, Hulu, etc to watch movies. A side from that definitely a five star rating! Best hospitality!

Wonderful Weekend Stay Outside of Crater Lake

This is the perfect little home away from home for a long weekend getaway and a trip to Crater Lake National Park. Perfectly located just 45 minutes away from CL and several outstanding waterfalls and with views of Klamath Lake, this home has everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. The home is well designed and spacious, with beautiful bathrooms, comfortable furniture and a fantastic kitchen. The host was so thoughtful and quick to respond to any message. She even had a welcome basket for when we arrived and extended check-in and check-out times. We can't wait to return in the future!

Relaxing stay

We picked this home for its proximity to Crater Lake National Park. From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. This home is clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the family to sit and relax. We particularly liked spending time on the porch with views of the lake and watching the birds in the yard. The host was very communicative and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, including having air conditioners running to make sure it was cool when we arrived. While in the area we also visited the Wood River Wetland for a nice walk with views of wildlife and wildflowers. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Clean, comfy, and convenient to Crater Lake National Park

This Chiloquin house was a delightful home base for our Crater Lake explorations. We appreciated how comfortable it was (and clean!), and we loved the kitchen and the views of the lake (just a short walk for some great sunset photos!). There's also a porch to relax on, with a cup of coffee before hitting the trails in the national park (@ :40 away). Maighread was the perfect host, responsive, helpful, and kind-hearted. You can check out her handmade jewelry at the Two Rivers Art Gallery and Gift Shop, and if there's a chance to sample her strawberry jam, don't miss it (so delicious!). Thank you, Maighread, for helping to make our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

Lovely quiet location with everything you need and easy access to Crater Lake

First off Maighread is wonderful. Great communication and helpful information. The property is thoughtfully equipped including a helpful guidebook and materials on surrounding attractions. We had no issue with bugs but they are clear present at other times as evidenced by them on the screens and in door and window frames. I only mention this as I know Maighread wants a great experience for her guests and will likely direct cleaners to address it. Also, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds, not full size. The home had a great feel. Homey, quiet, and comfortable while also clean and attractive. Kitchen was well equipped and she even provided some basic foods as well as milk, butter, and a chilled bottle of chardonnay. We enjoyed lounging on the deck watching squirrels, quail, and the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything Maighread.

Thank you for your review. I am delighted you enjoyed your stay. We try to keep up with the “midges” as they are known for the three weeks they are flying around. Removing screens and cleaning windows each time is a challenge but we try to limit what is there. Thanks for your feedback.

Sitting on the deck, looking and taking in the beauty of not only the lake, but the snow capped mountains in the background, is breathtaking. But you do not have to sit outside to do this, sitting in the living room on a comfy couch looking out the window and enjoying the same view is just as breath taking. You feel peace as you walk around the home and take in the beauty of your surroundings. Everything you need is in the home, like a "home from home". I have attempted to furnish this home as if it was mine and hope I didn't forget anything.
