In the imposing nature of North Jutland, between the North Sea and the Limfjord, you will find this fantastic 1000 m2 4-square-meter monastery-style farmhouse with stepped gable and spire, whose interesting history dates back to 1604. In a special way, the guests' desire for luxury and comfort was met during the complete renovation of the property, yet the renovation was done gently and the historical atmosphere was preserved.

Roman style bathing paradise.

The 165 m2 swimming pool is modeled after Roman thermal baths. The hall is decorated with clinker and natural stone in soft natural colors, and the 50 m² swimming pool is surrounded by imposing columns and flickering torches on the walls. Relaxation and comfort after bathing are also offered by the sauna and solarium.

Activities for all - indoors and outdoors

A large activity room promises development opportunities for all: table tennis, billiards, darts, soccer game, tap machine, wall bars, fitness bike and bar. Outside, too, everything has been thought of: on the 21,000 m² nature property there are petanque courts as well as courts for badminton and soccer. There is also a barbecue hut. As soon as the sun shows itself the huge sun garden of 300 m² is a natural gathering place. Shopping facilities and the nice marina are 1.5 km away. Here you can also swim and surf well. The island of Mors (reachable by a small ferry from Feggesund), the bird sanctuary Vejlerne and Bulbjerg, a 47 m high limestone cliff, are recommendable destinations. In addition, there are 2 golf courses and an outdoor go-kart track.

- Party venues for 40 or 100 people can be rented.

- The prices are group prices for up to 24 persons/12 bedrooms. Extra persons (maximum 32) are possible for an extra charge. 4 extra double rooms can also be rented for an extra charge. The booking department of dansommer is at your disposal for further information.

- Bed linen for rent. DKK 95,- per set 2 towels are included.

'Bakkegaarden' offers a unique stay in beautiful, relaxing surroundings with a unique panoramic view of the Limfjord. The property is suitable for large family celebrations as well as business meetings, should a different setting be needed for courses or conferences.

On 1000 m² you will find tasteful luxury in a historical setting. The equipment allows all guests a perfect stay. The house also has retreat possibilities. Be it in one of the sophisticated furnished bedrooms, with double bed, private luxury bathroom, free internet connection, TV and radio, or in the office on the second floor, with PC and free internet connection. In the library you can also immerse yourself in a good book. If you like company, the Roman-inspired bathroom, the well-equipped activity room or one of the comfortably furnished living rooms are perfect for that. All the outdoor activities also entice active get-togethers - you can challenge each other at badminton or petanque. A balmy summer evening can be well spent in the barbecue hut or in the beautiful sun garden, covered with Spanish clinker tiles.

The kitchen-living room with its cozy atmosphere invites you to stay and eat together. The kitchen is functionally equipped, there are among others 8 cooking areas, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers.

All the rooms of the house, with the exception of one, are located on the same level. The one recreation room is located above the cooking and dining area, where a ceiling has been inserted, and a room with a ceiling open to below the ridge.
