The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Location
Vrsi, district Mulo, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 70 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property and the street in front of the house.

There is no heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception is via antenna, satellite.
