Dear Lindsey, first of all thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately we changed the bunk bed because it was not convenient for most adult guests, we now have a twin and a single bed in that bedroom, which fits better in general. We did this in the best interest of our guests and we are truly sorry it was not was you expected. Regarding cleaning, condo has an inspections prior to your arrival and we received no comments from you during the stay. If you had encountered something that was not to your liking and reached out, we would have definitely helped with that, we are happy to serve! Now, supplies. We only provide initial supplies, not meant for a long stay. Vacation rentals are not like hotels, it's a different experience. Here you are supposed to make it your home, experience it as if it was yours! that's the magic of it. We go ahead and provide initial supplies just to avoid guests of having to go out same day of arrival to buy, in order for them to rest and recover after what could have been a long flight or drive.
