Newly renovated unit only 3 houses to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, water park, amusement park, miniature golf. Fully equipped kitchen, television in each room, cable and internet access. Bathroom includes shower stall and seat. Two Bedrooms each with queen size beds, rollaway upon quest. Closets, nightstands and dresser each room.

Great location near the south end of the Seaside Heights boardwalk, near Seaside Park. The unit has been really nicely remodeled. The outdoor space is nice. Apparently, it's a shared space with the other units. We were fortunate not to need to share. We visited with a family of four, two adults and two teens. The space was tight in the common area. This would be ideal for a couple or two adults in need to two bedrooms. We were kind of pushing it with four mostly-grown people. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon in July which obviously is prime time for the beach crowd. At that time, there was no parking available for us at the unit and the nearest parking lot was charging 40/day. Luckily, there is a large free parking lot near the bridge into Seaside Heights and further out past the Boulevard, there is free street parking. Parking demand dropped drastically as of Monday morning but don't expect to have your vehicle parked right out front of the unit, or even nearby.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house is so close to the beach, we walked there daily! Close to the boardwalk and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again. Jeannie was a pleasure to rent from and very helpful.

Beautiful property

This wonderful hide-a-way is a great place to stay. The owner was very responsive to questions asked. I definitely would recommend.

Perfect location!

We stayed here with our family, and the location is just perfect, so close to the beach! Property managers were very responsive and the house was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Will definitely stay again next summer!

Great Place

Perfect place for a short stay close to the beach. Unit was super clean. Owners gave nice attention to detail with the layout, decor, and amenities.

Cozy Seaside Heights Cottage

We loved our cottage in Seaside Heights NJ, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants something clean, comfortable and cozy, just a short walk to the Boardwalk and beach.

Great location

This place was a block from beach and boardwalk. It also had a great outdoor area to hang out in. Would 10/10 go back there again. Management was also very quick and responsive when we texted.

Close to everything!

Perfect for a small family. Close to beach, food and rides. Parked the car and did not need it at all. Very clean, and owner was very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay and amazing property manager

Jeannie and her husband was amazing hosts. They were very responsive and engaging. The house was clean and located very close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect little place near the beach

Stayed here for a quick weekend with my mom. The apartment was beautifully updated and equiped with everything we needed for the beach which was only one block away! The outdoor seating area provided a nice little place for us to relax and catch up. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would be visiting the area!

Lovely cottage

This property exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition and very clean. We loved the outdoor sitting area. Though it is close to the boardwalk, it is very quiet and private.

Location is definitely ideal. The beach and boardwalk are right across the street. Parking is terrible. The street that rental is on is only pay spots and for 6hrs it was 75. We were lucky to find the owner of the corner lot who gave us a come and go pass for her lot for 85 for the week. The rental was clean and decorated cute. One of the bedrooms mattress was flipped to coil side up so we had to flip that in order to sleep. There are many flawed aspects of the unit that I took pictures of upon arrival as to not get charged for things that were already damaged. The seating area outside is ok, other renters use part of the area around it and did not adhere to the no smoking rule. There are cockroaches outside, none inside but we kept our snacks in ziplock baggies and in the fridge. Bring your linens as there is only a small throw on each bed and a sheet. Being your own towels- only 4 beach and 4 shower towels, wasn’t worth it to use them. We sprayed off with the hose outside as instructed. By the amount of sand and wetness of the couch upon checking in, I’d say the last renters did not and / or it wasn’t cleaned well. For the money we thought it would be cleaner with no damages. I guess you pay for the location. We did have a good time for my birthday overall. I would recommend staying here, we did have a great time, I’m just informing the next guest with a more accurate review- the ones I read did not mention any of these things!!
