Newly built luxury condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condo is perfectly located to enjoy all that Winter Park and the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Designed with both entertaining and privacy in mind, the bedrooms in this single level 1,300 square foot condo are separated by a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the numerous restaurants within walking distance.
Skiers can hop on the free shuttle directly across the street for a quick 4-mile ride to the Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane base. Bikers can store their bikes in the secure indoor bike storage room and start their ride on trails just outside the front door. Just steps from the condo, guests can access the Fraser River Trail. A short walk away, Hideaway Park, offers a year-round playground and skate park, with concerts in the summer and sledding in the winter

A designated underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access directly to the unit.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
Gas grill on private patio.
Lock up your bike(s) inside the building in the secure bike storage room.
Relax and unwind at the end of the day in the 280 square foot jacuzzi!.
The Condo:
Upon entering the condo, radiant floor heating provides even heating and warm floors in every room. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional couch and an amazing leather chair, perfect for curling up in front of the fireplace with your favorite book or to watch your favorite shows.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen, with its quartz counters, stainless appliances, gas range and custom cabinets, has everything you need to prepare any meal. Gourmet cookware, professional knives, every desired appliance and quality serving dishes allows you to cook as much or as little as you desire. The kitchen bar has seating for three, while the dining room has seating for 6.
The master suite has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. The large dresser and closet provide plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay. A large TV allows you to watch late at night without bothering quests in the second bedroom on the other side of the unit. The en-suite bath has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and everything you could need, from soaps and shampoos to hair dryers and bath robes.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress as well as a full over full adult bunk bed with memory foam mattresses and fabulous bedding. A writing desk, dresser and large closet provide plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay.
A Pack n' Play with cozy bedding and a highchair are available for your little one.
We are a family who love the outdoors and selected Winter Park as our second home to get together as a family because it offers so many activities. Because it is our second home, we have tried to think of everything that guests may need to enjoy their stay.
The location:
Centrally located downtown, the condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Fireside Market and The Perk are right outside your door for groceries, prepared meals, great coffee and craft beers. A few short blocks away is the Grand Park Rec Center, with swimming pools, a water slide, rock climbing wall, full gym, indoor track and more (access @ renters’ cost). The Foundry, located adjacent to the Rec Center, offers fun for the whole family, with a bowling alley, movie theater and a brick oven pizza bar.
Summer activities are endless. In addition to the great hiking and fishing, Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the U.S., with hundreds of miles of trails and home to the renowned Trestle Bike Park. There are four golf courses within a few miles of the unit, and local stables offer guided horseback riding. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30-minute drive away and are beautiful day trips.
In the winter months, families can enjoy ice skating and tubing in addition to the world class skiing and snowboarding.
Smoking in the condo and building is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
