Good location and price, not communication

The property was close to the main strip in Pigeon forge. The rooms was spacious. It was a good value for the location, we were not there long enough to use any amenities. However if you want a personal touch and good communication this is not the place. All of my communication was a automated response and never got questions answered for 2 different issues we had a question about. One of the issues was connecting to the internet and bedding, we never got connected to internet and although they said it sleeps 6, they only had bedding for 4.

Not what is advertised

This property is not worth the money as what you get is not advertised. The property is not well taken care of. There is garbage on the outside of the condo and the inside isn’t much better. Make sure you bring slippers as your feet will surely get black at the bottom from lack of cleaning the floors. There was food crusted in the carpets and bathrooms were dirty. I had to buy bedsheets because the bedsheets in the one room was not clean. The front door would not shut properly and it was beyond hot in the condo because of the door not shutting. If you plan on making your own food while you are there the kitchen is lacking in many of the basics such as a toaster, sheet pan, drinking glasses. Over all you can tell the property isn’t taken care of and the up keep is severely lacking. If you are trying to get ahold of the mangers on the property good luck because it’s hard to get ahold of them. Also it says there is Wifi there is not. The front desk will tell you it’s out but according to other guests that we’re staying there it’s been out for awhile and that’s the front desks way of saying they don’t have it. While it’s okay to be without internet and be disconnected for awhile, it’s the fact of how we were treated and not getting what we paid for. It was also promoted that we received complementary tickets to Dollywood. You do not. They give you a ticket booklet for a coupon for money off of Dollywood tickets. We are also not the only people who were under this impression. When you call the front desk about it they are extremely rude. They will tell you that’s not listed on their website but when we tell them you booked through Vrbo they say that’s not their problem and hang up. Some positives- the swimming pool and grill area is very nice and it’s in a good location to get to places. It did have a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall this place needs some serious TLC and cleaning up. It’s in a beautiful location it’s just to bad the people who own the property do not wish to make it a nice place to stay. Again this condo is very overpriced for what you are actually getting.

Experience was okay

Location of place was great. Cleanliness of place was less than okay - the bottom of our feet/socks would turn black from dirty floors. Wifi is community wifi and would not work for us. Emailed property manager several times with no response unless we called them directly. Overall, this place was okay but we will not return.

Great location

The place was absolutely what we were looking for. It was unfortunate to have to wait as long as we did for the property manager to email us or call us with the door code so we may enter our property. We arrived to our destination a little early and tried to inquire if the property was available for early check in. But with a failed attempt to make contact with anyone we decided to go to town until 4 as the paperwork stated our unit would be ready for check in. (No one works the front desk for check in’s everything is by email or phone calls) Unfortunately we received a call at approximately 4:55pm while we were sitting in the parking lot with our family. This made things extremely stressful. Once we received our information we absolutely loved our stay. The unit it perfect. The property it excellent! I would suggest more timely management for attendees from out of town. Communication helps so much during traveling.

will think twice!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After masking for a second parking pass starting two days before we arrived it was never left for us we had to run and get it about a mile away! After making sure we were playing by the rules we had nowhere to park so security was called to get some cars towed but management told them not to tow so I guess I went to the trouble of getting the pass for nothing you don't need them! People smoking on deck above us tossing the butts hot or not on the ground! Hot water broke but they were very fast in getting that fixed! Not in a hurry to return to this property!

Nice Valentine's Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rained the whole trip, but was still fun and relaxing. The free internet is broadcast from the outside of the concrete building, so reception was spotty at best. Still, this place was right in the middle of the action and very easily accessed from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Reviewer Comments: Room only had two large bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths for 4 adults and two children. The room had the smell of urine and the "owners" of the HOA are the parking lot police. I was scolded because my daughter parked her car under the unit in the garage as the paperwork provided allowed and I parked in the over flow down the hill. My daughter has two children one of which is two months old and due to the coolness of the night, I wanted her to take the garage spot. I was informed that we couldn't park there and we should both be parked down the hill at the overflow area. There was not internet service at all unless you purchased it and even then, it was not great. Although we enjoyed the town of Pigeon Forge, I will choose another location to rent from next time.

OK stay

Parking is a nightmare, we had a handicap person and had to let them out at the top of the hill and park in the overflow parking at the bottom of the hill. People above us has a child that stomped non-stop from before daylight until after midnight every night of our stay. Called and reported this twice but it kept on. The elevator made a horrible noise and the elevator permit went out of date in August. The driveway going out is horrible, we scrubbed the bottom of our car going out every time.

Great for small family or group

We booked in a short time frame and didn't know exactly what to expect, but we really enjoyed our stay and the property worked really well for our family. The condo is clean and well taken care of. The beds and accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we really needed. There were 2 cots available if needing room for a couple more people. The only thing I would recommend either to the owner, or a suggestion to people that book is to plan to buy or bring a few extra things, such as garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and extra toiletries. Those things were not readily available. Also, Wi-fi was not provided, but I noticed it was not on the amenities list when we booked, and we were OK with that. Thank you very much. We had a great time during our stay.

Nice Place

This property was very nice and convenient to the main strip without all of the noise and traffic. Could not get Wifi signal as it was very weak. But that the only downside.
