I liked the property, it was nice for the price of it all, and it was perfect for me to stay at for a tournament for the week! It has everything you’ll usually need in a house and was great!

Yes, the parking was fine and the kitchen was adequate. Good I've stayed in different apartments in this complex. All of them has been pretty good.

The property was perfect for our trip. Great location! The bed was comfortable. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We had no issues getting a parking spot near the door. The host was excellent with communication.We loved having the kitchen to prepare our own meals. The oven does take FOREVER to pre-heat, but it works perfectly once it does.The only issue we had was due to NO fault of the host. The upstairs neighbors were incredibly rowdy. Saturday night until nearly 3am, it sounded like they were hammering nails into the floor. They were also speaking loudly enough that we could hear their conversations and running in and out of the apartment, up and down the stairs and yelling at each other across the parking lot. They were pretty loud every other night, but luckily packed it in much earlier.

This property was great - spacious, quiet and clean. I used the gym several times (small, but convenient when on a trip) and loved that it was walking distance to some great grocery stores/restaurants/coffee shops.

My wife and I were attending an event at the Grand. The location for us was perfect.

Christmas getaway
Great place to stay. Very convenient and quiet. Much better than a hotel. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back during our next Utah trip.
