The Toasted Coconut- A Carlton Landing Cottage. Private fire pit patio area with string lights and screened in porch with barn door. Ask about use of our 6 seater golf cart.

The home is best suited for up to 3 couples plus 4-6 children or a group combination that will appropriately fit in 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds.

We are so excited to share our home with you! We are family owned and operated and strive to be top notch hosts. If the unexpected ever happens (as things can with any residential home) please know that we will do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding, kindness and patience during the process. Excellent location, lovely property

We have a nice stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The owner was very responsive and the property was lovely. Would recommend.

Great family get away

Our experience at the Toasted Coconut was great. The owner was delightful to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. The home is in a great location, close to the pool. My girls especially loved the bunk room and getting to ride around in the golf cart!

Great, clean house and location

We had a delightful stay at the Toasted Coconut. The house was very clean with plenty of beds for our family. The owner provided great information on the house, amenities, and local activities and dining. We were very impressed! We have nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend this house!

A Great Weekend!

The property was beautiful and comfortable, just like the photos and online description. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property had everything we needed.
