The detached apartment makes up the ground floor, great for those who need privacy. (* It is Not accessible to the other floors from the inside *) The kitchenette is comprised of a fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. Snack around at the table with seating for four. Lounge around on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper, and watch movies on the wall-mounted TV. There is a corner area perfect for applying makeup or working from home on your laptop. Rest in the bedroom (BR1) on the King size bed with nightstands and wall-mounted TV. The full bath contains a vanity and tiles shower. Use the gas grill to cook up a quick meal. Kids will love to run around and play in the large fenced-in backyard. Cool off after a day a the beach under the front covered patio area with seating made up of a picnic table and chairs. The outside stairwell leads up to the other two floors. The second floor boasts a kitchen-dining-living area and a bedroom. Prepare meals in the full kitchen equipped with crisp white cabinets and appliances, sleek countertops, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.
