Such a relaxing property! The beautiful views, and cozy cabin were so nice. Opening the windows at night to fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall absolutely made the trip. Very well equipped with everything you need and quick response if anything is to come up. Will absolutely stay again when back in the area!

What a great place to get away from it all. Location is amazing with the river and falls out your door. Wish I had time to explore the property more, but will next time.

Tioga Falls Cabin was one of those places that gets into your heart a little bit.It was just my husband, our dogs, and me, and it honestly felt like we had found our own little hidden piece of paradise. The property is so peaceful and beautiful that it is hard to put into words. Waking up to the sound of the falls, spending the day hiking, kayaking, exploring with the dogs, or simply sitting outside and taking it all in felt incredibly special.We did leave the property for a few hikes during our stay, but we easily could have spent every single day right there at the cabin and never felt like we were missing out on anything. There was something about being there that made everything feel slower, quieter, and more peaceful.By the end of the trip, neither of us wanted to leave. We loved the area so much that we actually came home talking about looking for property nearby, which probably says more than anything else could about how much this place meant to us.This was so much more than just a cabin stay. It was one of our favorite trips we have ever taken, and a place we already know we will be thinking about for a long time. We truly cannot wait to come back!

Great cabin

Just the off grid getaway we needed, the sound of the waterfalls at night was really nice.

Tioga Falls

We had a great time here. The Falls are such a huge plus for this place. Comfortable and clean. It is off the beaten path, but if that's what you are looking for, it is perfect.

Perfect Location

Beautiful cabin off the beaten path. WIFI was non existant, but that was perfect for us! Its a long 2 track back, but totally worth it!

Definitely secluded

Fully stocked cabin was amazing. We overpacked! Nice to be off the grid. Loved the falls right next to the screen house. Trails were great. Head nets a must.

Amazing House

This place was beautiful. I wish I had more time. I was traveling with my 73 year old mother and three kids. We all had a great time. My youngest child is 7 and she managed to safely manage the terrain. I could definitely go back and never leave.

Beautiful getaway. Your own slice of Heaven! The screened porch was a perfect place to relax.

This is a fabulous property. The road in to the cabin was in great condition, no problems. The waterfall is right off of the deck. So tranquil. It was great to unplug and relax. The cabin had some ants and that should be addressed, but overall a wonderful stay. We will see you next year!

Mosquitoes

The cabin is wonderful! The scenery from the screened in porch is amazing! The only complaint I have is the mosquitoes are terrible. We all camp and are use to some mosquitoes, but you couldn't go and make a campfire because the mosquitoes were terrible.

Just what we needed!

The property was exactly as described, including the 2 mile road from the highway. The house was clean and provided more than expected when it came to the kitchen and bath. My 3 sons had the opportunity to explore, hike, fished and disconnect for a few days. The waterfall was beyond amazing, especially listening to it, at night, while playing cards on the screened in porch. Thank you for an amazing family get away.

Hidden Gem in the U.P.

A little tricky to find, doesnt pop up on many phone apps. Follow owners directions and you'll be fine lol. Once you find it you will love it. Way off the beaten path, situated on your own little waterfall. The cabin is very comfortable. We never had any issues with the solar power. Would highly recommend to anyone. Terrain can be tricky around the area so small children could have issues.
