Cozy stone house with lovely view in Cavtat centre

Our house is situated in the very heart of Cavtat in a street leading directly to the main square. It has a fantastic view from the terrace, being situated in the middle of the village.
It is a typical, more than 300 years old stone house with a traditional small patio hidden from the views from the street that we renovated with love and a great sense of preserving the heritage.
It is just minutes away from bars, restaurants, beaches and the central promenade by the sea in Cavtat port.

Stayed only one night coming in from Montenegro before a very early next day departing flight, but wished we had booked for longer! Cavtat very nice waterfront and hosts were terrific working with us to check in. Property has two bedrooms and a terrace all overlooking the bay; quiet and secluded.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location was very convenient for the bars, restaurants and swimming spots, although up quite a few stone steps so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. However, being higher up meant amazing views from the balcony. Miro was very helpful and replied to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

we had a wonderful stay at this lovely house ,it was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the many beaches and restaurants, we loved the view from the terrace and you could wake up to watch people taking an early morning swimming in the sea ,the bedrooms were spacious and the showers were great ,miro was a great host and helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport , would not hesitate to return

The house is in a wonderful spot in Cavtat, with a beautiful view of the harbour. Miro was a very helpful host, wine & fruit available on arrival, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The property has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and was clean and with everything you need in a holiday home. The views down to the sea from the bedrooms and upper terrace are amazing and it was a great place to sit out and enjoy the sun. The property is set back up the stairs from the main harbour which made it easy to get to the restaurants and bars.Communication with the host Miro was excellent and he always responded promptly. Cavtat is a beautiful place and we will definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped with a first class outside area. Beds are especially comfortableIn a great location close to restaurants and bars. A special mention for the hosts Miro and Raphaela who came to our rescue when needed.

Our stay at the "Cozy Stone House " in Cavtat was excellent. Property was exactly as the pictures depicted. Opening our bedroom shutters in the morning to sunshine and a gorgeous view of the harbour set us up for the day!

This is a gorgeous property right in the middle of Cavtat Old Town. Beautifully renovated. Fantastic terrace with a great view. Very comfortable beds! The host could not have been more helpful.

Great place

The 2 bedroom property is recently renovated. Very nice. It is only 5 minutes from the dubrovnik airport, but a 30 minute bus ride. Beautiful views of the sea and several restaurants are nearby. Miro and Raphaella were kind and helpful!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in Cavtat at this lovely house with great little terrace. Miro was an excellent host and was very welcoming. The property is up 63 steps so be prepared for that, but it is in the charming old town just minutes from everything. Loved it.

Well presented property

Lovely old stone building with 2 large bedrooms with en-suites. Renovated to high standard. Just a two minute walk down to the front and all the restaurants. Communication with the host Miro throughout the booking process was excellent and always on hand if we needed assistance. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

An amazing place to stay

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was exceptional . Miro was the perfect host and his son George who met us at the property was so helpful. The beds are so comfortable and the terrace is an amazing place to sit out and enjoy the wonderful view. It’s located in the centre of town but up quite a few steps, but this wasn’t a problem. Nice touches of wine and fruit on arrival for us to enjoy. Overall, the perfect place to stay and highly recommended.

My son and I spent a week in the cottage. Both of us architects, me long retired, loved the way the traditional stone construction had been carefully and tastefully restored to form modern comfortable accommodation. When booking however the access to reach the cottage via many many steep steps was not mentioned. At the age of 85 I admit it was a challenge- but for me -worth it. Miro the host was very attentive and helpful.

Fab stay

Absolutely loved our stay at Miro’s place in cavtat old town. He was great at communicating pre arrival and then greeting us and providing help and information. The terrace was amazing, loved the views and aspect and spent most of our time there. As there are no cars in the old town it’s worth noting that you have to get your luggage up 80 steps so be warned, but worth it once you are up there. Would highly recommend.

In love with Cavtat ❤️

This was truly a first rate experience. Host, Miro, communicated every step of the way! He met us for check-in, helped with parking, showed us around, and gave us a recommendation for dinner(Which was excellent!) He also checked in periodically. Cavtat is lovely! The unit was clean and exceeded our expectations. Located close to the water, restaurants, etc.but totally quiet. We’ll be back!

We love this house, clean and homely and perfectly laid out for holidaying.The elevated balcony is inviting either to catch the afternoon sun or to enjoy a nice drink in the evening watching the harbour come to life.Miro is a fantastic host and thank you for letting us stay in your amazing property.
