754 Spinnaker Beach House

Check into this sunny Spinnaker, completely updated and filled with natural light just a short walk to the beach via Boardwalk 9. You'll love being close to the Seabrook Island Beach Club with outdoor pools, Osprey Cafe and Pelicans Nest Restaurant, (open seasonally). If golf is your game, head to the adjacent Seabrook Island Club and enjoy a round on one of the Seabrook Island courses; Ocean Winds and/or Crooked Oaks. Or, if you prefer to relax and watch others play, you have a spectacular view of Crooked Oaks from the villa. Spinnakers are extremely popular due to their close proximity to many favorite SBI activities.

At the end of the day you can settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows on the 65" HDTV in the living room. The open floor plan ensures that everyone can be included in the fun. The picture windows throughout the first level highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook from all angles. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The cheery breakfast nook is the perfect place to make plans for the day. The dining room area has an additional table with seating for 6. A small screened porch with bistro table and high top chairs looks out over the golf course as well-the views will amaze you! The open deck is the perfect place to relax and gather around the new patio table - open the umbrella in the evening and enjoy the ambiance of the LED lighting!

The master bedroom is on the first level highlighted by private deck access. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath and HDTV. The 2 guest rooms are on the 2nd level. The first room has a queen bed with private deck access and HDTV. The second room has a queen plus a set of twin bunk beds and HDTV. Both guest rooms share an updated hall access bath.

Additional features include propane grill and full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

2 dogs under 30lbs are allowed with required additional pet fee per dog.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:

Christmas Getaway

Perfect location overlooking the golf course and the canal. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful, gated neighborhood! Both, Coastal Getaways of South Carolina and the team at the Amenities office were gracious and responsive. When the Amenities office found out it was our first visit to Charleston, they personally wrote down a ton of restaurants for us to visit.
