Excellent accommodations for the large multigenerational family to gather. Big comfortable spaces balanced by smaller place to hide away if needed. We will be back.

Amazing property for a larger group! Everything was set up for us to have an amazing stay - we walked in and started vacationing. Brian, the host, was extremely attentive to our needs and everything was so clear (lots of labels - so helpful). Kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed to cook and serve. So much for the beach and pool too! Truly an amazing experience and vacation!! Thanks for the chance to make family memories!!

Amazing place for a family getaway!

Spent about a week here with my family which was about 10 adults and 4 small children ages from 2-5 yrs old.Absolutely fantastic place with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for all! Had great communication with the host and amazing beach access 1.5 blocks away.Will definitely be going again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, well appointed home steps from the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the home. It has an easy to get to location and is minutes from restaurants, groceries and the beach. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our host, Brian, was very helpful. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Brian had a binder in the home filled with pages of all the things we would need to know about the house and the area. The house was perfect for our needs. This luxury beach home was clean and well stocked with extra sheets, towels and soap.

Very well maintained spacious property that fits a lot of people of all ages. The house is well equipped with all possible appliances, entertainment, pool, grill, rooftop etc.Nice neighborhood with close access to a great beach. At the same time, the neighborhood is quiet and there almost no amenities/shops/entertainment within walking distance.

Just to clarify for future guests: while the A-Zone is known for its peaceful, residential feel, our home is actually right in the heart of it on 20th Street — just a short 5-block walk to Brigantine’s downtown area (15th–12th Streets), where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, and local shopping. Guests can also enjoy a quick walk south to the 26th Street recreation park with baseball fields, wide-open green space, and the well-loved Shark Park for younger children.
