It's time for an adventure at our vacation rental, Cabell Cottage. With Lake Cumberland 5 minutes away via Cabell Landing/Sunset Landing, and Beaver Dock less than 10 minutes by boat, the cottage can be your base for all things fun at the lake. However, if its a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County. Kentucky, where 5 people sleep easily.

Great clean place to stay with good parking. It was very quiet and felt safe as well. Would stay again. The host did an excellent job with making sure the place felt comfortable and convenient.

We loved it! The place was extra clean and so cozy and beautiful. This location is so close to a secluded boat ramp. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek. It was a perfect place to put in our Kayaks. We loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be booking again in the Fall. 10/10 experience! Kathie is a great host! FYI there is a fire-pit area that we did not get to use, but it looked nice. Plus the backyard has deer in it. That was a nice addition.

Cozy indeed

This was the cutest little cottage! We stayed with my mom and baby while the boys camped on the lake, and it was the perfect little home base for meals and sleeping! Would definitely stay again!

The cottage is adorable. It is clean and well kept. It has everything you need. We only stayed two nights but it perfect for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay completely.

This was a clean, comfortable, quiet cottage that was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Wonderful host; we would happily stay reserve this cottage again if we are ever in the area.

Awesome property for a long weekend

My wife and I went with our friends to spend a long weekend for my birthday. It was a cozy property close to a dock. Definitely will recommend to future travelers.

Great place to stay close to the lake

This is our second time renting this house and it has been great both times. It has always been clean and the check in process is easy and all instructions are clearly stated. We plan to stay here in the future and would recommend this to anyone staying in the Monticello area.

We had a great time, loved the area! The only issue we had was the Tv in living room would not connect to WiFi, so we just used the dvd player for my autistic son instead! I would definitely stay again!

A most adorable cottage. The space was extremely clean and tidy, cutely decorated and had everything we needed, even coffee. My husband and I were very comfortable during our stay and I highly recommend the Cabell Cottage ❤️

Beautiful cottage

We came into town for a lake day and a family reunion, only got to spend 1 night at this beautiful cottage. Perfect size, and had everything you would need. Country setting, away from any hustle bustle. Loved it!
