This review leaves out important facts. When the original home’s AC failed, we offered you a choice: cancel for a full refund or accept an upgrade from an 8-bedroom home to a substantially more expensive multi million dollars 15-bedroom home with lakeview, with us absorbing most of the additional cost. You chose the upgrade. Throughout your stay, we continued responding and arranging cleaning and maintenance, often following complaints sent after 11pm. You and your husband refused access or sent workers away on multiple occasions. Work that could not be completed was prevented by that refusal, not a lack of effort on our part. We also have documentation of pool cleaning and verification that the heat was working. The pool equipment is on the side of the house, so the technician could service it without entering the backyard or disturbing you. Not seeing him does not mean he never came. The pool was crystal clear at checkout. You also repeatedly blamed us for Vrbo billing and payment matters outside our control and continued requesting refunds and additional services at no charge after accepting the upgrade. We made considerable efforts to accommodate your family, but this review does not fairly or accurately describe what happened or the help you declined.
