That's absolutely fantastic to hear! We're so thrilled your family had such an incredible stay and that the house, especially the pool and hot tub, created such wonderful "warm and cool sensations" for you. It's great to know the bedrooms were as pictured and provided a comfortable and charming space for the kids. Dear Kent, Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you found the house to be nice, not far from Disney, and that you found dealing with us helpful. It's good to see you tried out the free shuttle, and although it wasn't for you, its good to see you utilized other means of transportation, such as Uber. I note that you stayed at the property around Halloween time. This time of year can be extremely busy, so it can take longer than usual to get to places. I look forward to welcoming you back again in the future.
