Located at 1800 meters above sea level, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wooden and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains.In the heart of the geographical centre of the resort Les Orres 1800, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, the offices of the ESF and the ESI and only a few steps from the departures of the trails and hiking trails. The daycare stop will also be only a few hundred meters away to drop off your pious.You will find modern and pleasant living accommodations ranging from 4 to 10 sleeping accommodations all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.The Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that will accommodate small and large non-skiers. It is open summer as winter from 2pm to 7pm, in season only, with a weekly closing day (Thursday off school holidays, Saturday on school holidays). From 6 December 2025 (subject to the opening of the station) until 10 April 2026 (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rent as needed.
Accommodation: This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of its residence, facing northeast and slightly set back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay. Redecorated and newly fitted out in summer 2024, it now offers the refined charm and comfort of modernity. It consists of an entrance with storage, a living room with kitchen area, a separate bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a spacious balcony. There you will find all the equipment you need for your vacation, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, modern ceramic hob, and above all a washing machine. As for sleeping arrangements, you will find at your disposal a large 160x200cm double bed in the bedroom and a 140x190cm convertible sofa in the living room, to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
