Lovely loft in a wonderful location right in middle of downtown Knoxville, perfect for game weekend. Very clean, parking worked well and host communication was excellent

Great location! Great communication. Very clean loft. Hosted 7 ppl. Felt safe. Great price point. Early check in (sometimes) available at a cost but was worth it for our group.

Wonderful place. Comfortable, spacious and well-lit. Nice amenities and large kitchen. Great location for walking access to all downtown Knoxville area. Easy check-in / check- out process and easy property access. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great. It was perfect distance from the stadium. Uber there and walked back. Place was clean. Only thing that could have made things a bit better was there was not enough towels, Also could have had blankets. Being allconcrete it was a little cold in the evenings and blanket would have been perfect. Also I have never traveled anywhere that didn’t have a hair dryer, that was a bit of an inconvenience after I never back one bc it’s normally not needed. Other than those few mini details the place was great and so unique.

Too dirty for the price. Baseboards, throw pillows, bathrooms, and rugs were all dirty. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t worth the trouble of the host getting things cleaned, though they did offer when I communicated upon arrival. Amazing location but I expected a cleaner place. I hope the owners find a better cleaning service!

Perfect spot to stay for a UT Game

Walking distance to some great restaurants, bbq, coffee shots, & historic downtown. Easy access entrance, convenient elevator, & high-ceiling open rooms. Has everything you need for a perfect weekend stay with family

Great Stay on East Gay.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location for old city, down town and Market Square. Parking is easy block away. Felt very safe. Interior is a fun industrial vibe. Definitely will stay again!
