Charming 2BR house with a Swimming Pool and a Garden.

Welcome to our home! Single-story house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, one of which leads to a large screened-in pool in the backyard.

Please NOTE - our home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene. We spent 6 months restoring it, top to bottom, putting in all new walls, floors, appliances, furniture, and rebuilding our main bathroom from scratch (all new walk-in shower, cabinets, Japanese toilet, etc.). So you will be staying in a brand new house, in that regard. But with a lived-in, cozy charm, surrounded by art and antiques.

Around the house is a beautiful garden full of fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and Moringa and Neem trees. We grow all of it ourselves, using our all-organic compost and no pesticides.

This is a very safe, quiet area, with a nearby park you can walk to, sporting tennis courts and soccer fields. And if you're craving more excitement, the bustling Downtown St. Pete, full of galleries, museums, theaters, bars, and excellent restaurants, is only a 10-min drive away.

We hope you love staying there as much as we do!

This home had everything we needed. Nice appliances and a great setup for our small family gathering. There is a lot of interesting artwork and art items in the home. It was fun to look at but could be difficult with a toddler. The pool was wonderful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Long weekend

A very pleasant place in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner and caretaker. Nice screened in in-ground pool. We are looking forward to staying there again!

The cute little house was nestled on a quiet little street not too far from anything you’d like to do. The beds were comfortable. The showers were a nice flow. The pool was very clean. The inside was remodeled in some areas which may have had some storm damage and could use some finishing touches but overall I’d recommend staying there and relaxing.

Wonderful Pet Friendly Home with Pool

We booked the house for five weeks and ended up extending our stay for nearly two months! Cozy home. Good location. Nice neighborhood and areas to run, bike, and walk our dog. A couple parks within walking distance. Loved the pool and used it almost every day!

The house is very cute with a nice pool and fenced in backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the house was very clean with new appliances and fixtures. My only complaints are that the two mattresses can only be characterized as extra firm with very little give. Other than that, the house is very nice, but can be a little stuffy as some rooms don't have vents to pump in the a/c.

Pool is the best part

I enjoyed my two week stay at the property. The pool is the best feature. My only issue was that the owner did not send me the code to access the property when I arrived. However, I was able to contact the local caretaker who gave me access to the property and the owner quickly responded. I would like to have had local television and access to Tampa Bay Rays baseball games. The lighting in the kitchen, living room and family room could be improved. I could not read a book or newspaper at night with the extant lighting. The kitchen was well furnished.

Fun, well appointed and eclectic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had little ones with us (3 and 10m) and a dog. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook (we cook a lot). Trader Joe’s, Fresh Market and Publix are all close for shopping. Easy access to the property and centrally located for fun all over (beaches, Tampa, and downtown St Pete or Gulfport) The pool was a big highlight, the water was perfect and the lanai allowed for easy swimming without bugs or sunscreen. The outdoor grill made cooking and lounging easy. The beds were SOOO comfy. There are tons of trinkets and pieces of art (I get the impression the hosts are artists and/or travel quite a bit). Everything in the home was easy to navigate/find. Wi-Fi worked great, I love that TV was only in one room. It allowed time to disconnect. We would stay here again!!! FYI- if you have little ones, this house is mostly one floor except for a few step downs into the living area and master suite. My 10 month old loves climbing them but if you are worried about that kind of thing, bring a baby gate.

pleasant stay

Our arrival wa a bit confusing we had not received our instructions or key code to enter the home. After several attempts the neighbor brought us the code. The home had tremendous amount of eclectic antique. Huge variety, a bit much for us. There wasn’t a sit down dinning, though there was a kitchen table with high seating. Master bedroom room was cute though the AC vent was not putting out any cool air. Living room outlet would not work so I order to watch tv the neighbor brought us an extension cord. Pool was nice and clean. Unfortunately there were a great deal of air fresheners on which we had to unplugs they were very strong though we understood why once the fragrance wore down. Word of advice be sure to take any condiments you think you will need. For the most part it was a pleasant stay once we addressed the minor glitches. The neighbors were awesome and very helpful.

Communication from the manager was very poor. Our Frontier flight was delayed 3 plus hours but I called the manager & left the info on the answering machine, including my name & number each time another delay was happening. I requested a call back so I knew they received my message. I never received a single call back. I kept them updated each time. Then they were frustrated that we were late but handed me the key. Imagine my surprise when I went to unlock the door & discovered there was a code pad on the door. Even info from the owner re: address & where to get the key was only given to me 2 days before our flight and I had to ask for that twice. While the house was clean inside, the lawn hadn't been mowed for at least 2 weeks and the fruit & veggie "garden" is a raised bed completely overgrown with weeds. This was truly not even close to what we expected based on the pictures on the Vrbo website.

Nice house which is very well prepared. The own swimming pool is very nice. I did a swim in every morning. The house very well equipped and you can get lime from the garden.

Cozy, comfortable home in great central location.

St. Pete

We enjoyed a 10-night stay in this artsy home. Loved the pool! Well-stocked kitchen made meal making easy. Quiet neighborhood close to anything you'd want to do in Pinellas County. Excellent response and communication with the person managing the property and the owner.
