Water Front 3 bed/2 bath Home with private upper patio.

Beautiful Waterfront 3 bedroom/2 bath Home with a private upper patio located directly on Old Clearwater Bay.
You can relax on your private patio or lounge on the very large common area patio under the home to enjoy the view of the water & watch the fish jump. If you are lucky you might catch a dolphin or manatee in the area. There is a BBQ grill for anyone to use on the patio, each rental is equipped with their own cooking supplies & utensils. Other common area amenities include bikes, helmets, kayaks, a canoe. Free use of all along with a common area lower patio with free use of the dock.
We do not allow guests to bring boats or any other watercraft.

The property is very quiet and relaxing, but if you are looking for nightlife "Clearwater Beach" and downtown Dunnedin are only a few miles away.

Great Location, Great View

We loved the location of the place because it was right on the water with a great view. The back deck overlooks the water. There is also plenty of space inside with three bedrooms.

Great location and property

Our group stayed here for a Phillies week. It is a great location and is very clean and had many amenities. We all very much enjoyed our time.

Dolphins at Dawn & Dusk

We enjoyed our stay here over the week of Thanksgiving 2023! It was a quick drive from Tampa International Airport, right on the water, and the canoe and kayaks allowed us to view wildlife nearby (dolphins, manatee, shark) and fish (caught snook and red fish). Clearwater marina and beach are close by which were both part of our vacation as well.

Awesome Property ‼️

Hidden gem of a property here!! Owner was awesome. Backyard relaxation on the water, with Kayak’s and a 3-person canoe 🛶 as well for your enjoyment. We had 8 adults and fit fine. Owner also has bikes 🚴 so you can ride to Dunedin which is an awesome area to visit. AAAA++++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely

This house was wonderful! Spacious enough for 10 people to sleep comfortably. They offer kayaks, a canoe, bikes, and beach chairs. All of us took turns in the kayaks when the tide was in. The teenagers hadn't done this before and thought it was great. The beach was only a few miles away and easy to get to. The location is great for any kind of shopping or dinning that you would want. Overall we all had a wonderful time and I highly recommend it.

Neat home with ocean front view

This is a very neat and well-equipped property set in a waterfront enclave of nice homes. The host provided all the necessary amenities for the kitchen, bath and bedrooms, but also provided bikes, kayaks and life jackets for the more adventurous days. It is a brisk walk to the downtown Dunedin amenities (40 min) and approx 1/2 mile to the Pinellas trail. Thoroughly enjoyed the different wildlife that ventured onto the private dock (herons, pelicans and even a Peregrine falcon). Very quiet neighborhood and lovely outdoor space options.

Beach condo

The unit was clean, and had all needed amenities. The property manager was very prompt with responding our needs. The condo was spacious and the three bedrooms were sufficient. The area on one side of Sunset Pt was a bit sketchy. But once you pass that area, it looks nice. I was also confused about the listing. We thought the futons were inside the bedrooms, but they were located in 2 separate living room areas. Not a big deal. Overall a clean and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Stacey, Our home is a single family home, not a condo and we are sorry for the confusion on the sleeper couches, they were not listed in the correct rooms on VRBO site, but that has been resolved. They are brand new and replaced some couches that did not pull out in order to accommodate larger families. Our area is safe and many of the homes including ours are million plus range. Like any other cities there are always some areas in need of redevelopment and downtown Clearwater is doing that already & the 70+mm project will be complete over the next two years. We are happy you had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to have you back. Thank you, Laura & John

Beautiful Home

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the parking. Laura had a problem with the size of my son’s truck and him parking in the spot for our unit. But, she worked with us about it. There is very little space for parking and we had three automobiles. There were only three spaces available for the renters of the three units that are available for rent. I didn’t realize that there are three units that shared different parts of the property. It is very confusing to describe how to classify the rental property. It is a house but it is shared with other rentals on the one property. I don’t feel that the description really explains the setup of the rental clearly. Fortunately, we were able to use a second parking space for most of our visit because one of the units didn’t have renters until the last day of our vacation. We had to park on the street and we didn’t feel comfortable doing that. The house was great. There is adequate sleeping space for the ten of us. It is furnished with anything you could possibly need on your beach vacation. I do recommend this property as a beach rental. Renters just need to understand the parking more clearly than I did. Laura was always available with any questions we had. She always responded in a timely manner. Great family vacation.

Great vacation!

The whole experience was smooth and exactly what we needed! Location was perfect, fire pit was great along with laundry facility. Loved that it was dog friendly and beautiful view! Would definitely recommend for future vacationers.

Beautiful & Cozy

Laura is a very kind hearted owner of the property! She was very sweet to let us rent her house for our spring break! The view is so peaceful, if you’re lucky you might spot dolphins and big fish! The house is also well equipped! Overall might be going back!

Christmas 2021 Family Vacation

This is a great property for large families. We had four adult couples and plenty of space. The property has everything you need. Owners are prompt with any questions. Also if you need more space there are two very nice duplex units on the property for rent as well, The property is convenient to beaches,shopping, restaurants and bike trials.
