Cozy first floor garden apartment, perched on the famous Silverado Trail, gateway to the fabulous valley wineries, and world renowned restaurants. Relax and recharge in this serene setting - comfort and style at an affordable rate.

[INSIDE]: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, within the city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer. Approx. 800 sq ft. of privacy overlooking wooded gardens. Bathroom has jetted bath for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity. King bed & day bed w/two twins. Living room area has sofa, 2 swivel chairs, upholstered ottoman, gas fireplace. TV armoire w/swivel tray for directional viewing. Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles. Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants.

Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, micro, all dishware, table linens, cookware, accessories, coffee/teas, spices, paper goods.

Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness. More suitable for 1 couple (2 people), or with 1-2 children. Girls getaway of 3-4 is also quite workable, and we have had many a womans getaway. 2 couples are not accepted, nor woman/man combinations unless as 1 couple, since this is a open studio apartment. Please inquire should you have questions. Thank you!

[OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious private deck overlooking wooded yard. Large gas BBQ w/complete accessories.
Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing. Property is 1/2 acre of many trees, flower gardens, & lawn. Guests may stroll thru the grounds. Lower area has patio table/chairs w/umbrella, as well as new fire pit with bench and 2 rocking chairs. Meditation/zen garden nearby with relaxing water fountain and bench's.
NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood.

Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive.

Valentine’s Weekend

Barbara’s place was perfect for us to spend a nice weekend up at Napa. Had everything we needed and was centrally located to a ton of wineries as well as restaurants.

Rough Start

The owner was rude. She told us we could check in at 1:00PM. It was pouring rain and we ended up getting to the house at 12:45. The key was there so we placed our luggage inside and then headed out. The owner pulled in as we were leaving and said "What were you told??" in a harsh voice. "You were told to check in at 1:00PM!!!!"Not a great way to start our stay.

Cute cottage very close to downtown Napa

I rented this cottage for a week while taking a class at the Culinary Institute and brought my dog. Barbara was very responsive and helpful and the unit was as advertised. Despite being right off Silverado trail it was quiet and peaceful.

Caring for family!

We had a pleasant stay. We spent most of our time with family in Sonoma as that was our plan. Our last day and a half we both caught a cold. So our drive home is with coughing and sneezing. acool

Lovely location

Long weekend, 1st time to Napa. Nicely appointed little place with everything you need to relax & enjoy the area. We loved the quiet & the big bed. We’re not big drinkers so evenings in were nice & relaxing. Early bed time was totally possible! There’s a busy intersection close by but we weren’t bothered by the traffic noise & celebrated that it’s literally the intersection to everywhere! We felt close enough to where we wanted to go but far enough to enjoy a little drive. Barbara was a great host! Pillows & towels felt very luxurious! We would def book again. It’s one of those places you hesitate to say too many good things about because you know you found a gem!

Beautiful getaway

Quaint little cottage with a beautiful landscape which was perfect for my husband and I’s weekend getaway. Comfortable bed, huge soaking tub and a hot tub - although we didn’t end up using, as it was cold upon arrival. A bit noisy from upstairs but we were able to tune it out. Communication w/ Barbara via website was slow but overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will return in the future.

Location is AWESOME - SUPER CUTE

I cant say enough good things. Its a hidden gem and had everything we needed. A great place to unwind after visiting wineries all day. Would definitely return.

Nice location

This quaint rental was located in a nice, central spot to the attractions we had on our list. The rental itself had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very clean and well-stocked with linens. We did not take advantage of the hot tub or garden space. Our main concern was that there was no way to adjust rental temperature without contacting the owner. We were not going to do that in the middle of the night or anytime we wanted to adjust it. The biggest downfall was the air vent which was located right next to the bed. Whatever they were cooking upstairs forcefully came thru that vent and filled the rental with bad smells that lingered. It was in the 90s when we were there so we couldn’t really open the windows. Other reviewers had suggested having some standing fans in the rental, but these were not available. The smell of fried food was strong and lingered really causing dissatisfaction.

Fabulous Napa Cottage

Beautiful garden and cottage. Very clean with lots of amenities tucked in. Super close to downtown Napa, 8 min ride in Uber. Roomy living space and bedroom and bathroom space. Note the kitchen, while stocked with various appliances, is extremely small so if you plan to prepare food, counter space is limited. The cottage really did have everything we needed. Cozy throws, comfy bed, hot tub, nice dining table. Shower is super nice and clean, bathroom has privacy.

Nestled in Calistoga

Once they found the reservation (originally told I didn't have one) and confirmed the space was ready, wonderful space. Soaking tub/jacuzzi, comfortable bed, across from coffee shop and close to restaurants and shops.

Cozy vacation stay

Close to the city for shopping and near plenty if wineries just a short drive away. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Interior decor is wonderful. Shower and tub are great. Overall a great stay and a wondeful location for 2 or 3 people.

Napa weekend

Barbara’s place was great for a small group trip. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and the close proximity to downtown Napa area. The rental was easy to find and check in. Barbara was hospitable and responsive. We had a great weekend!

Best place to stay in Napa Valley

The host has created an excellent hide-away that was perfect for our stay in Napa Valley. The location is close to many wineries and to the city of Napa, but quiet and remote enough to allow perfect relaxation. Our stay could not have been better!

Comfortable apartment

Everything was perfect. The space was multifunctional and spacious, even giving all of the furniture and kitchen appliances. So many kitchen appliances. Could replace some of the furniture with a useable dresser.

Property is 5 minutes away from Downtown, yet close to all activities. 1/2 acre of wooded grounds with lawns, and flower gardens. Very private, older more upscale neighborhood and one that is safe as well. Plenty of off street parking. Come and enjoy our valley!
