Cozy first floor garden apartment, perched on the famous Silverado Trail, gateway to the fabulous valley wineries, and world renowned restaurants. Relax and recharge in this serene setting - comfort and style at an affordable rate.

[INSIDE]: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, within the city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer. Approx. 800 sq ft. of privacy overlooking wooded gardens. Bathroom has jetted bath for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity. King bed & day bed w/two twins. Living room area has sofa, 2 swivel chairs, upholstered ottoman, gas fireplace. TV armoire w/swivel tray for directional viewing. Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles. Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants.

Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, micro, all dishware, table linens, cookware, accessories, coffee/teas, spices, paper goods.

Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness. More suitable for 1 couple (2 people), or with 1-2 children. Girls getaway of 3-4 is also quite workable, and we have had many a womans getaway. 2 couples are not accepted, nor woman/man combinations unless as 1 couple, since this is a open studio apartment. Please inquire should you have questions. Thank you!

[OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious private deck overlooking wooded yard. Large gas BBQ w/complete accessories.
Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing. Property is 1/2 acre of many trees, flower gardens, & lawn. Guests may stroll thru the grounds. Lower area has patio table/chairs w/umbrella, as well as new fire pit with bench and 2 rocking chairs. Meditation/zen garden nearby with relaxing water fountain and bench's.
NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood.

Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive.

The room had a smell and no thermostat to control temperature of the room which was stuffy and hot at night. The decor was dated with shag carpet:( Smelled of pet odor.

Garden stay

Staying in Barbara's unit was a lovely garden experience. Amenities were great, it was clean and she went out of her way to accomodate us with freezer space as we were headed to the mountains after.the road noise was unexpected, but the windows cut most of it out once inside. We would ask for more time with the A/C on had we known we could. Hot tub didn't get hot but we were busy elsewhere so it was fine. We would definitly return.

Charming home and pleasant stay

A pretty house, landscaped backyard, tall trees and benches to absorb the afternoon sun. Even a hot tub from which this could all be experienced!A friendly hostess who was ready to answer questions as needed. She had also thought of everything a family would need during the stay, extra towels, blankets, a range of small kitchen tools.The location was convenient and close to all the action, yet tucked away in a quiet nook.A very relaxing stay overall, would be happy to repeat!

Right near everything and all my friend and I needed for 4 night stay for a wedding in Napa. The most comfortable beds ever. While located near traffic area, the studio is utterly soundproofed. Good job Barb!

Perfect Napa getaway

We stayed here for the second time and had a wonderful time. The location is surrounded by mature trees filled with birds, especially in the morning. The location also provides ready access to wineries, shopping and food. I will be back!

We spent a girls weekend in Napa and it was great! BJ's Nest gives you a cozy, welcoming vibe. Barb the owner is very nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Hopefully we can stay at BJ's.

Great location and property for the wine country

Barn was so accommodating and very responsive. Her property is gorgeous and the hot tub is a great added bonus after walking all day and settling in for the cool nights. I highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Valentine’s Weekend

Barbara’s place was perfect for us to spend a nice weekend up at Napa. Had everything we needed and was centrally located to a ton of wineries as well as restaurants.

Rough Start

The owner was rude. She told us we could check in at 1:00PM. It was pouring rain and we ended up getting to the house at 12:45. The key was there so we placed our luggage inside and then headed out. The owner pulled in as we were leaving and said "What were you told??" in a harsh voice. "You were told to check in at 1:00PM!!!!"Not a great way to start our stay.

Cute cottage very close to downtown Napa

I rented this cottage for a week while taking a class at the Culinary Institute and brought my dog. Barbara was very responsive and helpful and the unit was as advertised. Despite being right off Silverado trail it was quiet and peaceful.

Caring for family!

We had a pleasant stay. We spent most of our time with family in Sonoma as that was our plan. Our last day and a half we both caught a cold. So our drive home is with coughing and sneezing. acool

Lovely location

Long weekend, 1st time to Napa. Nicely appointed little place with everything you need to relax & enjoy the area. We loved the quiet & the big bed. We’re not big drinkers so evenings in were nice & relaxing. Early bed time was totally possible! There’s a busy intersection close by but we weren’t bothered by the traffic noise & celebrated that it’s literally the intersection to everywhere! We felt close enough to where we wanted to go but far enough to enjoy a little drive. Barbara was a great host! Pillows & towels felt very luxurious! We would def book again. It’s one of those places you hesitate to say too many good things about because you know you found a gem!

Beautiful getaway

Quaint little cottage with a beautiful landscape which was perfect for my husband and I’s weekend getaway. Comfortable bed, huge soaking tub and a hot tub - although we didn’t end up using, as it was cold upon arrival. A bit noisy from upstairs but we were able to tune it out. Communication w/ Barbara via website was slow but overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will return in the future.

Location is AWESOME - SUPER CUTE

I cant say enough good things. Its a hidden gem and had everything we needed. A great place to unwind after visiting wineries all day. Would definitely return.

Property is 5 minutes away from Downtown, yet close to all activities. 1/2 acre of wooded grounds with lawns, and flower gardens. Very private, older more upscale neighborhood and one that is safe as well. Plenty of off street parking. Come and enjoy our valley!
