Newly Built Home with Swimming Pool and Hot Tub!

Brand new home with amazing views of Lake Powell. The home has all upgraded Thermador appliances. All bedrooms provide en-suite facilities. The Master bathroom provides an oversized bathtub with an adjacent open walk-in shower and 2 vanities with individual sinks. Large open kitchen, dining and living room. Oversized garage perfect for parking boat/boat trailer and vehicle.

You can adventure out just a few steps from the house to the Rim View Trail and Grandview Overlook. Close to restaurants and shopping. Approximately 2 miles to town center. The Grand Canyon and several other National Parks are just a 2 hour drive away...an easy day trip.

Enjoy swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or laying in the sun all while viewing the magnificent landscapes only seen at Lake Powell.

This house will definitely make your stay in the area memorable.

This property is a real gem for a family get together at the Lake. The setting is beautiful and views never ending. The pool and hot tub are great. The home is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. Our host was so easy to communicate with so our check in and out went quickly. In a quiet neighborhood. A great value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing views and trails right out back of the house. Close to all the activities/parks nearby. House has all you’d ever want and then some and the host is super responsive. Great spot to post up in Page.

Excellent property with great proximity to everything the area has to offer. Quick to respond to questions. Allowed both an early check-in and late check-out without issues or additional fees. Would recommend and stay again!

We've stayed in several places in Page and this has been our favorite! The beds were all super comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with a few basics. Everything was very clean and put together. The host was super responsive and helpful. The only note I would make for others is that if you are bringing a boat, it will fit in the garage, but you may need to put the tower down. You'll also want to use chocks since the ground isn't completely level.

Beautify property. Loved drinking coffee on the back patio, the view was amazing. The Rim Trail is right outside the back door. Property was spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. The views are breathtaking! The house and amenities were fantastic. My son enjoyed playing some of the games. My kids liked having their own rooms. Being close to some trails was also nice. It was cooler than we anticipated so we didn't use the pool or hot tub, but we had a great time. I wish we had been able to stay for longer! Deedee responded quickly to a few questions I asked and was great at providing information at the house.

Perfect location for sunrise and sunsets overlooking Antelope Island

Beautiful home with great views. Just a family of three to visit the lake. We come 3-4 times a year and have never found a house up there that we love; we found one. We will be coming back next year for sure.

Paradise With A View

We had an incredible stay at our VRBO rental! The house was stunning and comfortably fit our whole family, providing ample space for everyone. The breathtaking views of Lake Powell were the highlight of our trip, and we loved relaxing by the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The property manager was fantastic to work with, making the whole experience seamless. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable getaway! Highly recommend!

Location was superb!

The views from the house were breathtaking! The house was beautiful and had all our needs met. The pictures online do not give an accurate picture of how beautiful the location is. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Excellent house for family

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in Page. We opted for a home rental instead of a houseboat this trip and it did not disappoint. The home was spacious, clean and a perfect layout for a large family. Would definitely recommend !!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. Each individual family had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom. Kitchen was large and well stocked. We cooked a few of our meals at the house. The pool was a must-have in the triple digits temperatures. View of the lake was lovely. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Page area.

Great home for family vacation

We had 9 people (6 adults, 1 teenager, 2 small kids) and this home fit us perfectly. The house is perfectly located to get to the State Line boat launch (rented a boat and jet ski from AZ Power Toys) and also to the Safeway grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Awesome view off the pool deck. The bonus kids/play room was great for late night ping-pong. The owner was very responsive via texts. Would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.

Great Place for Base Camp

My Family of 7 really enjoyed our stay here. It is very centrally located and the views out the back are spectacular. The home itself is very well maintained and everything was as advertised. The owner was super responsive to every communication. Overall great experience and well worth the money..
