The Hideaway

Hidden away a short 5 block walk from Sheridan's downtown, the Hideaway is in the perfect location for your stay. This stand alone structure is fully furnished and prepared to be your home away from home. Kendrick park and Scoops ice cream stand are a short 1.5 block walk when looking for a cool treat or something fun for the kids to do. All new furnishing and a fresh concept are ready for you arrival.

The space
We're worked hard to get this space ready for you. Everything is new and the interior is designed by Yancy Bonner of Yancy Interiors + Home. You can book your stay with confidence. It's a warm cozy space ready to be homebase for your adventures, or your spot to snuggle up for a retreat and downtime.

Security cameras/audio recording devices
We have one security camera on the front of The Hideaway above the entry door. It is connected to a motion light. It will be on during your stay.

Guest access
Guest parking is a free single spot located directly in front of the entrance. For extra vehicles or trailers, there is additional free parking out front on West Loucks Street.

Modern and convenient

The space was well equipped and organized and the finishes and decor were clean and modern. The location was walkable to the nearby park and very convenient to downtown and the main drag.

Spotless accommodation. Hosts were very responsive to questions

Would stay again. Impressed with cleanliness of accommodations and responsiveness of hosts. Nice kitchen set-up. Only down side is outside patio area is tiny and on the driveway side of alley, and there is no washer and dryer. Location is conveniently located, but not so close to downtown area that you are in the hubbub. Quiet beautiful mature neighborhood. Loved the keyless check-in.

Sheridan Stay

The house was wonderful for us to stay in during our time in Sheridan. Very clean, tidy, roomy and comfortable. So nice to have a kitchen! The bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were very attentive, and quick to reply to us when we needed to contact them. The neighborhood is very nice, and close to a wonderful park, walking paths, and downtown. I hope to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay

The reviews say it all: very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Main street, and the house has everything you need! I am so happy I chose this over a hotel room!

Short walk

This is our 2nd time staying here. This property is just a short walk to Main St and Kindrick Park. In a great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Family of Five -highly recommend!

We booked this location as a midway stopping point on our way to Alberta. The rental was super clean and comfortable! We were thankful for the property manager’s detailed directions to the rental. We stayed two nights and explored the nearby Kendrick Park (easy walking distance! Go and grab ice cream from Scoops!) The temps were heating up during our stay, but the rental stayed cool. We enjoyed using the kitchen and grill for meals. Our children could spread out between the living room and second bedroom. The king in the master was cozy! Exceeded our expectations!

Awesome!

Perfect for our family of 5. Within walking distance to Main street and all the cool shops and eateries. My husband and I walked to get a coffee every morning and strolled thru the neighborhoods. Home had everything we need to make our own meals. Everything was clean. A/C in every room was a blessing as we like it cold when we sleep. No complaints to be had. Over all 5 stars!!

Look no further, this is the one.

What an amazing property and set up. The house was very clean, and updated perfectly with a secluded entrance and private parking in a hidden (but not small) alley. This was literally the perfect place for our family to get an extremely quiet nights sleep. So many small touches like individual air conditioning per room, perfectly put together bathroom, and online tv streaming made it even better.

Home away from home

This was one of the nicest places we have rented. The owner are very nice to work with. We were made to feel right at home and it had everything you would need while enjoying your stay before & after we got there.

Was perfect for our little family. They had a pack n play avaialabe. Loved each room was thermostats controlled so everyone was comfortable. Walking distance from the park and their amazing ice cream. Easy parking Would definitely stay again!!

Great Find in Sheridan

This delightful haven saved us from the pet-friendly hell of the BW in Sheridan, along with the generic, polyester saturated chain hotels that allow pets. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped--this little house makes a stopover in Sheridan worthwhile. It is very near the park and trail system in downtown. We loved our stay.

Base Camp

We used this vrbo as a base camp. We were hiking and foraging in the surrounding wild areas for substance and did quite well. The hosts were most accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place and I most certainly will return if I am in the area again!!

Great place to stay! Perfect for families.

We really loved this place! It’s even nicer in person and was obvious they had made even more upgrades/changes since taking the pics in the listing. So many great little extra touches, like the toddler toilet seat that folds down! Was perfect for our three year old. The master bed was super comfy. All the furnishing were nice and the place was super clean. The cupboards and drawers were labelled so its easy to find what you’re looking for. Coffee and creamer were great. A/C worked really well. Was easy to find and decent parking (we had a truck and trailer and were able to park right out front the house). Appreciated the couch cover for pets (we don’t let our dogs on the furniture but was a nice extra). There were lots of other things we noticed (we didn’t need to use but thought it’s worth mentioning)… they had special water for c-pap users, pack n play for the kiddos, tons of brochures for sights and other things in the area, and I’m sure there is more I’m forgetting. Jordan & Tenille were friendly and super easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. We would for sure recommend The Hideaway to anyone! :) Thanks again! All the comforts

My husband and I spent three nights in Sheridan, hiking in the Bighorn and touring the town. This little cottage is in a great location, easy to access, and super clean! The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and the kitchen had everything we would need to make a meal....if we had decided to. Highly recommend staying here.
