Ideally located in Falcons Glenn a small and peaceful community, uniquely located between Marco Island and 5th Avenue. Located within the prestigious Lely Resort this vacation home makes it easy to soak up the warm Florida sunshine! This 2 bedroom + Den has an open floor plan which is great for entertaining and sleeps 6. Rest and relax under the newly screened Lanai and enjoy you morning coffee out on the patio overlooking the second hole of the Flamingo Island Golf Course.
Upon entering the front door, you can see the pool in the back of the home. Open and spacious with lots of natural light. The Master Suite has a King size bed, and private, full-sized bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide access to the lanai and heated pool.
The Den has a Murphy Bed with pocket doors, TV and ceiling fan make this a comfortable and private room.
The front bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full-sized bathroom located between the Den and front bedroom. The living room has a large screen TV and full-sized couch and love seat. The kitchen has a high-top table with views of the living room/kitchen as well as the pool out back. A great table for dinner or playing games with friends or family. The kitchen features clean appliances and allows for views of the patio while cooking. The private Lanai has umbrellas and comfortable patio furniture, as well as a grill. The heated saltwater pool is excellent for day lounging or a late-night swimming.
This house is not suitable for small children, all children must be seasoned swimmers.
Enjoy a day at one of the many gorgeous beaches Naples and Marco Island have to offer. There is one full sized umbrella, 4 beach chairs, cooler, towels, and a beach wagon. If you prefer to explore the neighborhood or Lely Resort, you will find 2 bicycles at your disposal.

Golfers will be happy to know that this home is within minutes of two championship golf courses at Lely Resort. The Flamingo Island course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and features Sam Snead's Restaurant. So close to your vacation home you can walk or drive. Enjoy one of their delicious hamburgers while taking in the picturesque views of the golf course. The Mustang course designed by Lee Trevino is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfer of all skill levels.

Guests can also visit Eagle Lakes Community Park (immediately west of Lely Resort) which has paved bike paths, tennis courts and nature trails. Great for staying active and enjoying the warm Florida weather.
