Our apartment is the perfect place for a memorable business trip, an exciting vacation or a romantic honeymoon.

A harmonious combination between past and present, the apartment is nestled in a republican over colonial mansion that was converted into 6 apartments. Set around a courtyard, a beautiful swimming pool framed by republican arches and surrounded by fresh tropical vegetation. Located in the heart of the HISTORICAL CENTER in the area of San Diego. Just a few meters away you'll find Fernandez Madrid Plaza, Santo Toribio Church, San Diego Plaza, School of fine arts, Santa Clara hotel and the Exito of San Diego.

Our apartment offers complimentary Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 40” Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix to watch your favorite movies while relaxing in the apartment. Washer/Dryer conveniently located in laundry closet for laundry needs. Fully-equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with filtered drinking water.
Bedroom suite consists of a queen size bed, private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and plenty of closet space
Queen size sofa bed and full bathroom in the living room to accommodate extra guests.

Clean centrally located apartment

From the great interaction with the host to the cleanliness of the property everything was perfect. We enjoyed our time in Cartagena and highly recommend the apartment to others!

Comfortable well located apartment

Well equiped and comfortable apartment situated in a vibrant area, but as apartment opens onto the internal patio area, there is minimal noise.

This apartment was great for exploring Cartagena! It was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Two bathrooms were definitely a plus and the bed was comfortable The pool and courtyard were the perfect spot to enjoy the hot afternoons. We really enjoyed our time!Al, the host, was a pleasure and great at communicating! Since we had to check out of a different apartment by 10am, he offered to let us leave our bags (if someone was in their apartment) or check in early if no one was. That really made our day so much more enjoyable! The staff was kind and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy Cartagena!!

Absolutely Beautiful

We loved our stay! It’s a beautiful spot with excellent hosts and the apartment was such a gem. Beautifully appointed, well situated, and spotlessly clean. It felt like a home away from home. Tucked right in the heart of the old town with a beautiful garden area and pool. Also, right across the street from a top notch restaurant, and it was easy to catch a taxi right outside the front door. A lovely custodian is also always on hand to let you in and out of the property. It was nice to have a private apartment to come home to as well. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Cartagena.

A fantastic apartment

This was a beautiful apartment, very clean, bright, and modern. The photos are exactly how the apartment looks. Excellent hot water and air conditioning. Al, the owner, was very responsive to any of our questions. The location is fantastic!! Right in the old city of Cartagena, you walk out the door and you’re right in the midst of everything. And because of the location of the apartment in the building you hear no noise! We would absolutely stay again! A real find!

Perfect oasis in chaotic Cartagena!

Lovely quiet cool characterful place that was a perfect antidote to the intensity and chaos of the wonderful city of Cartagena. 300 year old building that has been lovingly updated without losing any of the character of the original building. The plunge pool is a great way to chill and soal away some of the stress of walking such an amazingly historic city (we did 8kms in a couple of hours)The custodians of the place made us feel very safe especially at nightThe location was on the edge of the old town. Quiet yet only two minutes walk to lovely restaurants bars retailers and cafesAl (the owner) was extremely responsive to any queries and solved a small problem with our fridge. The top of the line washing machine and dryer were perfect for laundry needs. A special thankyou for the extremely comfortable king sized bed which had us sleeping like babies. We would return if we were back in old town Cartagena again!!
