We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

Unit was very nice and extremely clean, bed was comfy, shower was a little tight but great pressure, and the towels were very soft! Communication was wonderful and we felt right at home. We loved hearing the trains go by. There was some road traffic but it wasn’t terrible and didn’t stop us from enjoying the back deck! We would certainly stay here again!

Awesome location! Easily walkable to downtown with kids. Right across from the pool. Condo was clean, quiet and perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 young kids). Bed and fold-out couch were both very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels available which was nice. Note all dining seating is rather tall so tricky for younger kids but not a big deal since we ate out most of the time anyway. Loved our stay and hope to return again!

The unit was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with basic appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee and some basic supplies. The unit is located a short walk from the downtown area, city beach, and shops. The host was friendly and responded rapidly to some questions we had before our arrival.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay even though it was rather short. The owner of this property, Amy was exceptionally customer focused. The reason our trip was so short wasn't anything to do with her, but we had some time issues with our planning and Amy was able to help us to mitigate those problems. I appreciate her being so flexible and willing to help. Highly recommend her place for anybody who's looking for an adorable and well put together rental.

It was a very clean place, presented well, had stuff that was needed, and the book provided gave directions on how to use things in the condo which made things easier. The recommended restaurants the host had listed were great as well. My girlfriend loved the plqce and the view. We will definitely be back here again in the future!

The entire place was spotless, well equipped, very welcoming! The place is lovely and the backyard, well what can you say when it's green and has a lake ;) Amy, our host, was just so warm and welcoming on the phone and very helpful. Both my daughter and I were so pleased with our stay! Reasonably priced, to boot and easy walking to town and beautiful City Beach! Would definitely not only recommend but also stay there again.
