This charming and comfortable studio is located just a few steps from the bustling city center and the beautiful beach of Biarritz. With a space carefully decorated for a cozy atmosphere, and equipped for your ultimate comfort, this rental will be the ideal starting point to discover everything that the beautiful city of Biarritz has to offer you.

This 26m² studio, which can accommodate two people, is located on the 2nd floor and is composed of:
- a living space with two armchairs and a desk area,
- a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hotplates, microwave, fridge and freezer),
- a bath room with WC,
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, washing machine,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

This charming house benefits from a perfect location for enjoying Biarritz on foot. Miramar beach is a few steps away but you can also reach Chambre d'Amour beach in around twenty minutes. Stroll to the Biarritz lighthouse and the Impératrice viewpoint while admiring the neighborhood's emblematic villas. Following the coastline, you will reach the city center of Biarritz with the Hôtel du Palais and numerous shops. For dinner or lunch, different options are available about ten minutes away, don't hesitate to try Impertinent or Xuxu.

Perfect studio flat 10 mins from town center I stayed here a whole week. The apartment is cute and cosy. Being vegan I cooked all my meals on the induction hob and microwave cooker. Being a coffee addict I LOVED the small Nesspresso machine - what a treat - Soya Lattes so MUCH better than the espressos in the local cafes. The internet worked well streaming Netfix movies. WARNING - the hot water is very hot so let it run for some seconds before committing you skin to it. Be careful with the induction hob - if you accidentally touch the "lock" icon you will have to touch it again for 3 seconds and restart before the rings come back on - why do the French have "child locks"? The flat is on the top (2nd) floor and there is no lift so be careful with you suit cases. The kitchen bar is lovely with two high chairs. I hope to be able to come back next year.

This was my 2nd time staying at the apartment. Biarritz is expensive and the price of staying anywhere there reflects that. The Internet Router is inside the apartment and I connected my MacMini via an RJ45 cable and via WIFI for my phone+tablets. I had a very reliable 20Mbps connection and that was very important for me. The bus stops for buses to Bayonne and the airport are very close. Just a 5 minute walk into Biarritz center. I wrote a review for my last stay and the only things I want to stress now is the Nespresso machine and microwave cooker for making my SoyaMilk Latte which I have found impossible to buy in any cafe in town. Bah! the French really don't understand coffee! But they do know how to bake baguettes so they are not all that bad. A few minutes walk in the opposite direction from the town center is a small collection of cafes, restaurants, fruit+veg shop and mini supermarkets called Saint Charles. Go there! one small delightful cafe does a reasonable Americano and some really wonderful salted chocolate cookies. To anyone reading this - don't bother going to Bayonne for the fresh produce market - it's rubbish, the one in Biarritz is so much better. However the busses to get there are great and pass by just outside the front door. It is so easy getting around by bus especially to Bayonne and the airport. I am intending to come back in February next year to play in the big bridge competition again.
