The accommodation
The house is bright, comfortable and completely renovated in 2023.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets with washbasin, a laundry room, an equipped kitchen.
The house consists of a bedroom on the first floor with its en-suite shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
The bedrooms are spacious and decorated with care. Upstairs the Velux windows close with electric shutters (remote controls are nearby in the rooms) please make sure that the shutters are raised before opening them.
A very bright new kitchen will allow you to get together.
A separate toilet with washbasin on the first floor and upstairs.
The wooded garden (Olivier, almond and maritime pine) can be shared with tenants in the small house at the bottom of the garden.
There are relaxation and dining areas for both houses. Children's games, swing, trampoline, slide, football cage are to be shared.

Some advantages: table football, Young Chang upright piano, Amada classical guitar, board games, beach games, books, television, boogie boards in the cabin on Saint Michel beach.

8 min walk from the town center and the beaches.
Traveler access
Travelers can bring their car in if they wish in the driveway along the house or park in the alley of the avocets or in front of the house, it's free.
Please do not park in the garden.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away.

The access for trips is through the white gate, you have to lift the zipper, block the doors of the gate with the systems offered, if you want to enter your car in the driveway, along the house.
Other notes:
No shoes or sand upstairs please the parquet has just been sanded and vitrified, thank you.
