Excellent stay. Sara was always prompt in responses, and the home was comfortable and well equipped. We hope we get to stay there again.

Staycation away from home!

Lake and river access are both nearby … but this house was a vacation in itself with the great pool area, plenty of space, and all of the amenities!

Family Lake Trip 2024

This place was amazing. The property is beautiful and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will be recommending this to our friends and family.

Beautiful house and wonderful location

The house was amazing and our family was able to get together comfortably and really enjoy time together. The property is beautiful and there are so many little details that show the property owner really cares about creating a great rental experience.

Heber Springs Get Away

This property is a 5+ and our host went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. It was even better than we imagined it would be and I would highly recommend booking this house.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The pool was amazing, and we had everything we needed. The landscaping/decor in the backyard felt like we had a resort all to ourselves! Angie’s hideaway is a must eat restaurant in Heber Springs! Highly recommend this property!!

Family vacation

Just as advertised. Best part was the convenience of floating the river multiple times per day and the hiking trails a short drive away.

This place was so peaceful and comfortable. The furniture was so comfy. We went for a fishing trip for my son’s 10th bday and he said it was his best birthday ever. The host really thought of everything when it came to this property. There’s was not one thing we needed that wasn’t stocked at the home. All you really need to do is bring yourself. It is located in a dry county so I’d bring a few bottles of wine with you. Perfect stay!

Wonderful Getaway!

Wonderful home and property located close to town in a quiet neighborhood. The house has all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The outdoor space and pool are fantastic, tons of room to play and relax! Sara (owner) was friendly and helpful from the booking process and throughout our stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Heaven on Heber !!!

Have rented many times on VRBO- always pleased - this rental is beyond pleasing - the host has thought of everything ! It’s as if they are personally expecting special guest - and it is you !!!! Thanks for a great trip and we will so be back .

Beautiful home

we absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The jungle Safari room was absolutely fantastic. A real must see the pictures. Do not do it justice. Our kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The coffee snack bar was a wonderful surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Heber Springs Oasis

This place has everything you need + more! It far exceeded our expectations and everyone had a great time! We had 13 and there was plenty of room/beds for our large family. The decor was beautiful, the pool area fantastic and the coffee bar was awesome. The appliances were top notch! So glad we stayed here, we all loved it!

Relax and unwind

Beautiful home and backyard with pool!!! Close to Greers Ferry lake and downtown Heber. The pool was perfect for the kids, as well as the adults. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Definitely will rent again!

Great house for summer stay by the lake

House was very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Kids loved the jungle room over garage- unique and creative decor. Host’s response when we had an issue was stellar. Only one con for the house- upkeep on exterior equipment i.e., pool liner, playground.

Awesome YAYA weekend

What a beautiful, refreshing, clean, well stocked home. The coffee bar, the snack bar, the regular bar!!!! Sara was amazing and responded quickly to questions we had. Will definitely rent again.

Annual family trip

Great house to accommodate a large family. It’s well maintained with easy access to the lake. The pool was a great feature to keep us cool from the hot summer temps. Lots of outdoor seating for all to visit. The house was well stocked with everything we needed(cooking, bedding, towels, etc.) Will definitely book this rental again if we decide to visit Heber Springs for a future trip.

family of 12 had a wonderful time! Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Sara has the place stocked with just about anything you could need on vacation. Pool supplies, towels, floats, beach-balls. Nice sized yard for the kids to play.Kitchen had everything needed to make great meals and storage containers for left overs. location is private, yet close to town. Communication with Sara was excellent. Thank you Sara for a great experience.
