This house was exactly as promised. The set up with three on suite bedrooms was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well appointed for the chef in our group. Thank you for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely home and property. The pool and hot tub were perfect during our stay. If we ever find an occasion to visit Scottsdale again we would definitely return here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 3 adult couples and kids so it was great for everyone to have their own bathroom. We used the garage for our car. Everything was in working order.

The house was a great place for four of us to have while on a golf outing in the area. It’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants and stores. We had a few questions for Paul that were answered quickly and that was appreciated. Good stay with a nice pool and spa in which to relax after each round.

We were in town for a martial arts tournament. The house was great and had everything needed for two families sharing one space. The home and pool were clean, and the host provided a few necessities (coffee, toiletries, spices) that were greatly appreciated. The AC did go out in one half of the house early in our stay. The host was responsive and got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Phoenix.

We loved the property. Some suggestions dressers in bedrooms. An updated bbq. More utensils in kitchen, wisk, spoons, spatulas. Pans large, pots. Oil doors. Ant traps. We had 9 people overall good place for that size of party. Ty.

Fantastic House!

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was perfect! Plenty of space, very clean, gorgeous pool. The hosts checked on us several times to make sure all was well. We would gladly stay here every time we go to Arizona.

Great house with convenient location.

Large, clean house very accurately described in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Great backyard with some road noise but did not prevent us from enjoying the patio and hot tub. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Perfect!

The house was exactly what i was looking for to host family and friends while I was recovering from a major operation. I was comfortable healing, my family was comfortable with things to do, and my dog loved the yard. I plan to absolutely book with Paul again, this is a great location!!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this home as we rang in 2025 with our extended family. It was an ideal location. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. The kitchen was awesome and supported us hosting our large family meals and holiday baking. We definitely would recommend and will look into it for future trips to Scottsdale/Phoenix.

Decent place

Place was clean. Needs a bit of updating. Our dog enjoyed the dog. Location adequate for our activities but neighborhood was not the nicest with loud highway traffic.

Beautiful Az Home. Great for the summer days.

We are local and rented for the weekend to have a pool. This was the first weekend it was 100+ degrees. Great little staycation and our little really enjoyed the water. Clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Great area with lots of close by amenities. We will be back, absolutely.
