This was a bery clean and cozy cabin, enjoyed our stay very much. I thought it would be closer to the lake per the description but either way it was great and the lake and dock are beautiful. Definitely worth visiting

Excellent place to stay. Only thing we found odd was there was mixing bowls and measuring spoons, but no measuring cups (dry or wet). Otherwise cabin had our needs covered, and was everything we were looking for with getting away from the big city. Hosts were good with communication and instructions too. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Ski trip

My wife and I take an annual ski trip and always include 49 Degress North as one of the ski areas. We’ve stayed here before and very much enjoyed it. Not too far from the area and very clean and private. We will be back.

Beautiful cabin near the lake

We had a great time at the cabin. It is modern, clean, and beautiful. There is a pull out sofa that is actually soft. There are all the amenities for cooking that one would needs. It is a short walk from the lake/beach and has beautiful views. We had a great time and will Definitely book again.

Winter Ski Get Away

Out in the country but easy to find and very private. Super cozy for a couple. If you need constant internet access this is not the place. It felt good to be offline.

Perfect Snowy Cabin Getaway

We had such a wonderful time and experience while staying at the cabin! The communication, check-in process, etc., and everything in between was great. The cabin was so cozy, clean and comfortable. It felt brand new! The property manager messaged me and asked if we needed anything while we were there, and I think that made the experience even better. We would highly recommend staying here. My spouse and I would definitely stay again!

Waitts Lake resort

The resort where the cabin is located is very nice. They have remodeled the swim area. We did not spend much time there as we were mainly at our family reunion which was down the street. The cabin was new. It was perfect for 2 people . Might be crowded for 4 as the living area is small. Nice few of the lake. In the future it will be surrounded by RV trailers which might lead to alot more noise and traffic . It was very quiet while we were there

Perfect getaway!

Perfect little cabin for the family. Beach is amazing for swimming and little kids. Private dock for your boat and plenty of parking. Boat launch is a little rocky so be careful and be sure to track down blankets and linens when you check in. We didn’t and noticed there wasn’t any until 9pm and had to wait until morning to contact someone. Also the resort is under construction so if you don’t mind that it’s perfect. We didn’t notice cause we took advantage of the perfect beach. We are booking again for next month!

Exceeded expectations

The cabin is very well-constructed and absolutely clean. "Rustic" in appearance, but with modern appliances and a wonderful bathroom shower. Pots & pans, dishes, utensils -- everything is provided if you're cooking. The bed is really comfortable. Very quiet, though I realize I was there in the slow season -- nearly all of the nearby mobile home slots were empty. About a three-minute walk down to the lake. Cell phone reception is spotty for checking email, but I wasn't there for that anyway. Overall, an excellent getaway.

We did a one night stay for our anniversary but should have booked 2 nights. We were not able to check in until 4pm and check out was 11am. We also ran into a problem with the cabin being dog friendly, but their private resort beach is not dog friendly. The rules say you can’t leave your dog unattended so we didn’t actually get to enjoy the beach as to not break one of the two dog rules. I also don’t think the guests should have to strip the bed but that’s a personal opinion.

Our listing clearly states both the 4:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out times prior to booking, and while we understand that a one-night stay can feel short, those standard times are consistent for all guests and help ensure the property is properly prepared and cleaned between reservations. Regarding pets, we are happy to offer a dog-friendly cabin, and dogs are welcome throughout the resort property. However, the resort's private beach is subject to separate community rules that do not permit dogs on the beach itself. We understand this may have impacted your plans and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the distinction for future guests. As for stripping beds at checkout, we recognize that opinions vary. Our checkout requests are intended to help our housekeeping team identify and process linens efficiently so that the cabin is ready for arriving guests. Really liked it, just one small comment. We struggled just a bit to find it, I don't think there is a sign at road as the directions indicated. Would definitely stay there again if we happen that way.

Great little cabin

Beautifully finished and furnished cabin. Very cozy. We loved our stay here. Only one complaint: the bedroom and bathroom have wall heaters, but there’s no heater in the main room, and we had trouble staying warm while sitting on the couch. So, we went to town and bought a space-heater to take off the chill.
