On the landscaped side of the complex, you will hear a soothing waterfall right from your tropical patio! The apartment is clean, ready to move in, with beautiful sunsets! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ... South pier, Crow's Nest restaurant, Venice Yacht Club, descent to the boat. located by the sea. The hotel has a large, resort-size heated pool with 3 spacious terraces overlooking the bay, where you can watch dolphins, boaters, Venice Condo. Bahia Vista Gulf is right on the entertainment island.

Beautiful view of the water and surrounding area. Super clean room and the AC was perfect for taking a break from the hot sun! Will be coming back next year for sure!

Great location. Everyone at the property was very friendly. Super relaxed beaches with no crowds. Olga’s condo was perfect. Accurate pictures and it had everything you needed. Will be looking next year for this great place.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location, the condo was great for 2, the added extra supplies were a plus, the views were amazing, host was quick to reply, and we would rent again. The only downside was no washer/dryer inside the condo, it is however on the floor but a hassle setting up the app to do your laundry. Property grounds were also clean. Lots of friendly people around.

Cozy Condo was just perfect for our month long stay. It had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed relaxing at the beach and the beautiful pool. The condo was extremely clean and communication with the owner had quick responses. The location is convenient to everything, and the sunsets are breathtaking. I would highly recommend booking the Cozy Condo.

Enjoyable stay

The rental is a bright and lovely unit in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay. Responses from the owner to my questions were almost immediate. I plan on renting the unit again.

Needs attention

This unit was not clean nor well maintained. I had to mop the floor twice it was dirty and sticky. Pictures of mop water and dirt on furniture

Would rate it a zero if if I could

The worst vacation experience I ever had. It started with the Wi-Fi not working on the first day and miraculously working the next. Worst of all there was an odor that we discovered after a few days that was coming from a smelly moldy sheet, towel and mattress in the sofa bed, disgusting. The pictures don’t do it justice. The end tables were dirty. Then dishwasher stop working on day 6 and host would not fix it in fact she hung up on me when I called her later.She eventually sent me a note to stop bothering her and leave the key on the table when I left. We ended up washing dishes for most of the month. There were several other issues like burned out lights in the bathroom and I could go on and on but there is not enough room. The host was rude and attempted to cancel our booking mid-month. This caused us much anxiety and stress. So much so we contacted a lawyer. We would have left if there was someplace to go.

relax for free using fraudulent activities, these people were one of them. from the first day they were literally bombarded with complaints, the main goal was to return the money for the rent, but they didn’t want to leave. I contacted the site and this booking was canceled without a refund.

We had an awesome stay the room was clean, spacious. Right by the elevator. If you are using a wheelchair just be aware that the bathroomDoor way is not wide enough. The views are beautiful. Olga let us have an early check in and was very quick to respond when we had questions. We only had one concern which was how the door to get into the room was it made us little uneasy on how it was rigged up. But we got used to it and would definitely stay here again!!!
