This was our first time in the the Bay St Louis area and we couldn't have asked for a better home and overall location. Spacious home with excellent indoor and outdoor space. Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and area beaches. Wonderful community and people.

Inaccurate pictures depicted on this site for this property. Property is in dire need of repairs and outdoor clean up. We will not be returning to this property ever again.

Back door was not locked when we arrived. It will not work from the keypad. Landscaping needs a lot of TLC. Bottom floor is musky and feels a little on the grungy side. Trash cans were full. Broken picnic table. Deck boards were popped up. Black is definitely not the right color for the decking as it is extremely hot. Something other than pea gravel around the pool would be easier on the feet. Gate to pool was broken. TV wouldn’t come on in living room because the breaker was tripped. Master bed extremely uncomfortable. Outside resources/furniture were not clean. Overall, it was okay. But not worth what we paid.

The unlocked back door appears to have been an isolated oversight during the same-day turnover prior to your arrival; we take guest security seriously and have reinforced our arrival-check procedures. We are reviewing and addressing the maintenance and cleanliness items noted, including the entry keypad, pool gate, deck, outdoor furnishings, trash service, and TV breaker. While this experience is not consistent with the standard reflected in the majority of our guest feedback, we take every concern seriously and are committed to keeping the home clean, comfortable, safe, and well maintained. We wish we had been contacted during the stay so we could have had the opportunity to respond promptly.

Awesome place to stay! Hosts are great to work with. We had no problems. It was well equipped, comfortable and even had homey touches! So glad we chose this house to stay at!

The inside of the home was spotless. Kitchen is stocked with gadgets etc. Pool was clean. Property is in a relatively quiet area. Downtown shops were easy to get to. I dont see how 8 adults would fit into this home but I could have misunderstood the listing.

Rob is a very respectful renter. We have rented this house three times and have always had a very pleasant experience. Quiet neighborhood, great living space! My husband is an artist and uses the outdoor kitchen as a studio! The pool is not heated but this year it was not necessary. Close (5 min) to downtown BSL. AND GREAT restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

Great property and great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described. Host was very attentive and easy to reach. The pool was the highlight for us. Nice to be able to relax after a day out at the beach or in town. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area

Great Location

We enjoyed a low key getaway and visit with family there and the house had everything thing we needed. Peace, quiet, and a short drive to all the gulf coast has to offer.

Host is always prompt with responses. Renovated primary bath was a huge plus this year! Always enjoy staying here and looking forward to property improvements (hoping the deck furniture is replaced for our next trip).

Beautiful time!

Beautiful, charming home with spacious pool and outdoor area makes for a memorable get away. Home is great for family and friends in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas. Responsive communication with the owner and easy check in and out procedures. Repeat guest.

Wonderfully relaxing AGAIN!

Just love this property! This was our 2nd stay and won’t be our last as it did not disappoint us at all! Such a great and private get away, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough if we care to join it!
