This property is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful and the dock had comfortable seating...perfect for relaxing right on the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you Jason

Great stay. Very nice place.

Very relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood on the lake. The house is very nice and as advertised. Owner is very communicative and helpful.

It’s a very beautiful home and the views of the lake are amazing! My husband and I had a small church wedding ceremony in Manchester during our stay, and had our wedding photographer take some pictures of us before the ceremony at this home beforehand! The host is communicative and I would recommend this stay! Would definitely stay again!

WONDERFUL place for a girls weekend! The view is breathtaking as soon as you enter. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and there was plenty of room for several of us to be cooking/eating at same time. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Plenty of parking and we all felt safe.Definitely 10/10!

Everything about our stay was wonderful — and the decor was absolutely stunning! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, which made cooking so easy. The hot tub is HUGE and perfect for a large group. We especially loved the lounge set on the dock — such a thoughtful extra touch. There were more than enough linens, bedding, and seating for everyone to be comfortable. I truly hope I have an excuse to book this property again!

AMAZING property!!

This is THE most beautiful lake home with the best views of Tim’s Ford Lake! This has been our best rental experience yet. The home is luxurious, super clean and comes with anything you could possibly need. The hosts were superb and had excellent communication. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group and make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Sisters weekend

Amazing home ✅ beautifully furnished ✅ location ✅ sunrise ✅ sunset ✅ place to disconnect and just be ✅ did I tell you about the view??? Wow!! ✅ Hosts were amazing and answered all of our questions prior to the trip. This is definitely a place we will book again and share with others looking for a place to disconnect or those looking for a place for a group/family to gather. Thank you…I needed this place to rest.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The view from the deck was beautiful. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, using the paddle board and kayaks, and the Lilly pad for the littles. We also enjoyed late evenings in the hot tub.Our family had a ton of fun and will definitely be back! Everything was clean and ready for us. The house worked great for the family and there was space for everyone.

Perfect Birthday

The house was the perfect setting to celebrate my Dad’s 70th! The views, home, and accommodations were amazing. Jason went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and even surprised us with sweet treats and firewood on arrival! We would definitely stay at this home again!

THE best VRBO experience!

This lake home is absolutely beautiful. It's a luxurious home in pristine condition, located in an upscale neighborhood with an incredible view of the lake. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, both inside and out. We've rented multiple properties on Tim's Ford Lake and this is the one we will check first for availability on our future trips. Kim & Jason are the most amazing hosts. They truly went above and beyond with us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn't have asked for better communication or nicer people. Thank you both for allowing us to have an amazing weekend with our family in your property! We look forward to our next stay here!

We are from Murfreesboro, TN, about 1 hour from the lake house. We have a large family and we love spending time at the lake and also sharing this awesome lakefront property as a host.

We looked for over a year to find our perfect lake home on Tims Ford and this is it! It's on the north side of the lake so it's easier access from Nashville/Murfreesboro/Franklin area. However, the big reason was the house and the view. It's a BIG water view and the home itself has a real "lake house feel."
